Diem and I are finishing up round 1 Brawl pools right now.

JUST SO THERE ARE NO SALTY KIDS NEXT WEEKEND, know this. The seeding was entirely randomized. Any changes were made were for the following reasons:

1. Two players from the same region were in the same pool. EXCEPTION: NJ/NY.
---We don't want anybody from out of region having to come all the way here and play each other in first round pools. This tournament has a large saturation of NJ/NY players, so we will not be very generous to them in this regard. If, when the list goes up, you're scheduled to play somebody from your own region, please contact us for further help and information.

2. The pool was too strong, and by an immediately noticeable margin.
---We weren't about to let M2K and Tyrant in the same pool.

3. The pool was too weak, and by an immediately noticeable margin.
---There won't be any ATM dittos, such as Tony T vs. MechWarrior, as the top two seeds in a pool.

Everything else was left as the random generator dictated. If you have any severe problems with your pool because we overlooked something, contact one of the heads of APEX 2012 Brawl (myself or DM)--preferably Diem because the files are on his computer.

NOT ALL PROBLEMS WILL BE FIXED. Only urgent issues that impact the quality of the tournament experience will be honored.

Yes, In a that first regard, I know what you mean.... On a much smaller scale, when my brother and I went to our last tournament, we were scheduled to play each other in the first round, but it was decided that we wouldn't, because you don't go to a tournament to play the people you play all the time anyway, you go there to play people you don't play all the time with, so unless you and your brother were the only ones standing in the last round, it's better to avoid battling each other.
