Also, you seem to have forgotten that Tao's metal claws are real, along with those cat ears she hides in her hood, so it's not "just her tail" like you honestly think.
Besides that, we still have no idea how her face looks. Does it look like Kokonoe's? Does it look like Jubei's? There's no real way to know, since no one in the Kaka Clan reveals their faces at any point in the game.

Tao's claws are not real. if you look at her when she get's shocked by rachel in game you'll see.
you can also kinda tell since she sometimes has chainsaws coming out of where her "claws" are
