Basically, he said the reason this happened was because people cancelled on the rooms.
People have to cancel plans sometimes, life happens. If you do not plan in accordance with this, your event won't go well.
Basically, he shoulda had NO REFUNDS, and should have had the rooms and everything paid before, not after. That' ssooo dumb.
Wait, thing is... this was all for the deal right? So why did we pay the lower price even though the people could still cancel? (Why would the hotel charge a lower price and then say OH WELL 30 rooms have not been booked so we will charge the extra penalty NOWWWW)
