I've talked with Tommy, and he's PRETTY SURE he's going to make it, so hopefully GPC won't have to bust out their nuke. If he doesn't make it, you'll all have to cut him some slack, because a friend of his just died, and the funeral would be whats keeping him from coming.

@Prac- Chaddd took classes at GPC, therefore is entitled to GPC crew status~

GA vs OOS Round 2 is looking like what's probably going to happen. However, we can get everybody's opinions on Saturday and go from there if we want to do Draft Crews or Teams Teams.

IMO, Teams Teams>Draft Crews because twice as many people get to play. If we do GA vs OOS Round 2 does GA start with Alpha with the two stocks he had left after Round 1?

Just a little something I recorded when I saw y'all playing. It's no wonder Geribl disappears for days at a time during MLG events and comes back to Columbus with a huge check. It all makes sense now. He's just been sandbagging to give us all a chance. Looks like we'll have to up Gerbil (aka Mew2King) from Tier 3 to Tier 2 so he can be with Mike G.

I didn't think so. I just want to see Alpha go first so he can run through OOS with those two stocks. And it'd just be funny for the first round to be X2X vs ______. It'd give GA too much of an edge though... Dogy, he lost those two on purpose. It was all a mindgame for Round 2. OOOS=

What is Team Teams?

It's basically a crew battle with Teams instead of 1v1.

You know how a Crew Battle is normally 10 individuals vs 10 individuals? Well, Teams Teams is 10 teams vs 10 teams. You still do stock the same way (4 per person), you can steal lives and stuff too. It just adds a whole new dimension to crew battles. Plus it invovles twice as many people. I think it'd be awesome to do.

How would we decide what teams play though? The only thing I can think of is to have the top 2 teams pick 9 other teams to be on their Team. Or do the top 20 teams and divide them up. I don't really know. GA vs OOS is easier and Draft Crews is even easier. But I vote for Teams Teams. As long as we can organize it sufficiently that is.

i think its a pretty cool idea. I actually like it because it can speed things up in mymind. i mean if you wanted to be a crew battle with say 6 people now you make it 3 teams it cuts the time in half.

Point taken. I was kind of realizing that after those posts. If we do another crew battle I think it should be GA vs OOS Round 2. People that don't play in it can do whatever, but Round 2 needs to happen.

You can come late if you're not in doubles, that's totally fine. Not sure exactly what time singles will start. Doubles will start at 12 (I think it might actually be close to 12 because a lot of OOS is already here). Then we're going to do CDE vs GPC and GA vs OOS. Then singles. CDE vs GPC might get done before doubles starts (not sure about that though) which would mean just one crew battle in the break. I know you're coming for singles, so if you're not there by the start I'll still put you in a pool, you just need to get here to do those matches.

This is a thread about G4S3, not about LftC2 or about FC10 or any other tournament. I'm quite sure the rest of us are well aware of other tournaments in the area, but let's focus on the tournament that matters at the moment.
