It's just a different section of characters. A lot of people hate low tiers because the low tiers "aren't fun", and some people would rather all play mid tiers. Limiting the amount of characters makes it more interesting overall, but I'd agree with adding low tiers (at least considering who'd be coming! ^_^)

We are bringing about 6-7 people but confirmation on the housing would be nice.
