There's nothing really going on in September so this is perfect for me.

Plus I don't like going to brawl tournaments in the summer, I am just not a fan of really hot weather I guess.

You can wear as much as you want to keep warm, but you can't take away much clothing to stay cool AND look good lol.

Just to update everyone:

- Ran into a small problem with the venue where they don't know if their breaker can support all the TVs I planned, so I might be limited to 20 setups (which puts melee in doubt). I'll know more after I jump through another 2 or 3 hoops
- I'm going to start preregistration in June
- I will also finalize the ruleset by the end of the month

Looking to fill out staff. Staff gets free housing with me and free venue fee. In exchange they need to help me setup (meaning moving 20ish TVs), running bracket, and tear down throughout day 2 (involving moving 20ish TVs after the event).

So far I have Bonds, Strong Bad, and Ori_Bro (artwork) on staff. Tech Chase and Roller expressed interest. Let me know if you'd like to volunteer

Housing is free with me. The only thing is I'm going to give first consideration to staff members since we'll be starting setting up the Saturday Morning.

After that, I'll do it on first come first serve basis, which you are like #1 or 2 on the list

I skipped the tourney in tennesee to save money. Not technically confirmed but things are looking up for this.

Sorry for the hold up guys on info and stuff. Once I get things squared away (I believe I have a meeting I'll have to attend on June 6), I'll put together a preregistration system to help get people that want to help generate HYPE! some discounts etc.
