Rosalina was good, but Smeargle just beat the crap out of every single moveset in the history of MyM. I give up. Smeargle is worth 50 spots on the top 50. The rest of us are tilting at windmills.

NO! Smeargle shouldn't only have the top fifty, but the top 9001.

Rotom already came in a TV when you first encountered it. Why not a computer? Or toy robot? Or a Wii!

Yes, Castfrom gets five specials. Make Neutral a projectile and up special a recovery.

How about putting Weather Ball in there? It changes it's effect for the different weather conditions. It's Castform's signature move.

I'm trying to come up with Castform's stats. I'm thinking Sunny is strong, Snow Cloud is fast, Water is heavy, and Sandstorm is good at recovery. Normal is neutral. That sound good? Or should I come up with something different.

EDIT: Of course Weather Ball will be in it. And I might do Fog, I'm not sure.

The system starts to glow, and explode, which deals 30% and mid knockback to the players. Sometimes, the players become stunned for a long time, or died off the blast zone.

Normal attacks:

AAA: Preforms Sonic's two punches, then does Fox's rapid kick, only much slower. 9%

>Tilt: Yells, "NOOB!" and does a spinning roundhouse. 11%

^Tilt: Does and uppercut, falls back, and does a bicycle kick. 17%

D-Tilt: Blasts the ground with his Blaster causing and explosion. 16%

Aerials:

Neutral: Does two spinning kicks at a 45 degree angle. 14%

Up: Takes the electric spike on his blaster and jabs it upwards. Electric effect. 17%

Down: Boosts downward and does several frontflips in the air, landing multiple hits. 3% per hit.

Forward: Pistol whips the opponent. Meteor Smash. 10%

That's all I can do right now, but expect more soon.

5 jumps, with the second jump being the biggest in terms of height. To make it different to all the other multiple jump characters.

Looks pretty good. You just need more detail on the attacks.

Make like a dirt ball or something. The last thing we need is someone gaining Meta Knight's spam move.

What makes sense: a cloud pokemon (whose in the air already) having more than 2 jumps.

Whats irrelevant: My shoes have 15 jumps which are smaller than Dededes jumps.
