The only thing I can't get with is people wanting Ridley in. Explain to me HOW it would be in? It's a huge massive bird that would be as big as Master Hand and I'm not even talking about his moveset, I don't see it having much possibility of good looking attacks attach to him. *only complaints*
But anyways, great article there! *thumbs up* I'll read your next ones for sure
On another note: I started playing smash when my friend said he bought a fighting game (I don't like much them in general) but when he stated it was with Nintendo characters, I said : What? I don't believe you! We went to his house, and I played one of the most amazing game ever ^^
As for the next smash game, old characters always have a spot in the roster IMO. They don't only represent Nintendo's present series, but also it's past, where the glory began. We can't turn our back on them, they always deserve to be in. But for the Starfox thingy, don't add a new character
Just... REPLACE WOLF! For like Krystal, for example. With her stick, not a **** blaster. I'd see Waluigi making his real debut, not as a stupid Assist trophy. Samurai Goroh, being the ''rival'' of Captain Falcon, would be a great choice to my eyes. Megaman really could come as a worthy 3rd party, or Zero, but MegaMan probably would have more chance. If Snake were to disappear, I wouldn't cry. Though it was awesome to see him in, he's not Nintendo-ish. He's more playstation-ish. And for the Pokemon series, I kind of hope Raichu would be in Brawl, (kind of a logic follow-up to me), but oh well, it's not that drastic. If they could had my Mewtwo back, it'd be cool ^^ Ganondorf... with a SWORD! Geez they made Twilight Princess and Wind Waker where Ganondorf was fighting with swords! Of course I let it slip by for Melee since, well, Melee was the first game we saw him with a sword (only in the winning sequence after a battle thought >_>). Oh well, it's not going to be tomorrow they will announce the next smash games. Probably a bit after the unveil of their next console or in 6 years.
