As far as I am concerned, it is not a confirm. Essentially, the mod said Zen's vote didn't count because votes had been finalized before Zen's vote had happened. In fact, the way Zen voted doesn't sit right with me. He didn't need to hammer because we still have plenty of time to finalize the lynch. It's not like it was 30 minute crunch time or even two hour crunch time.
