Well this is odd. I went to modify Bowser's taunts. A light tap did the modification, but if it isn't a light tap it doesn't change.
EDIT: Actually, when he faces one way but not the other, i found

but does it really look different from just running and stopping?... also in vbrawl you couldnt just run and turn...

I guess you might've changed the button press to a soft one somehow.

I ripped off was inspired by Dragonrage's fire Ike, so I added normal fire to all of Ike's attacks. Here's my favorite pic:


EDIT: Sub-action 4E is the Dash Attack, the ones after that are also attacks but I'm not sure which. They may be smash attacks.
how do you map effects to certain moves?

You go to whatever move you want, add an external or normal graphic effect and then change the settings to fit. Sorry I can't be more specific, the only addresses I know are for that fire and Ike's sword.

By Segab:
Attack11, Attack12, and Attack13 are the neutral A combos (ie. punch-punch-kick)
AttackDash is.. the dash
AttackS3Hi is the high neutral A
AttackS3S is the middle neutral A
AttackS3Lw is the low neutral A
AttackHi3 is the up A
AttackLw3 is the down A

AttackAirN is the Neutral aerial
AttackAirF is the Forward aerial
AttackAirB is the Back aerial

Im working with SFX atm. I got FALCON KYICK mapped to knee. trying to find "YES!"

once i do, there will be a whole new breed of epic!

FIRE: 000C000A (can confirm this one)
DARKNESS: FFFFFFFE (should be correct, its from ganon's entry)
ICE: 00100006 (I can't exactly remember, this might not be correct)

Add this to id 0 and id 1 under flags

Been messing with this for a bit, and I've come to a horrifying conclusion.

You can't modify props.

I've been messing with Ness's yoyos(usmash and dsmash), and I can't find any way to edit them other than saying whether the yoyo is visible or not.

Just insert the flags to peach's attacks
unles you mean like a stream of electricity which i dont know yet

hmm ok. but is there a way to get sheik's infinite jabs electric as well? currently only the initial two jabs are electric.

I think I found a ID for her rapid jab but because I share a tv with my sis I cant test it out.

sub-action 4C attack100 might have to do with her rapid jabs but it doesnt seem too likely

Same thing with sub-action 4D Attack End

I'm still trying to figure out stuff like this too... I took the graphical effect from Ganondorf's side-B and stuck it to his run animation but it vanishes after about a second and a half, so I need just the generic ID for "darkness"...

Peach's second jab won't go electric. it has four id's (0, 1, 2, 3) and I put the first electric code on the first two, and the second on the last two. this worked for her first jab, but not her second.

I'm a little lost on the floating point stuff. I want to test some values for Jiggly's aerial mobility. I understand that adding 800000 doubles the value, so my first test is to add 800000 to the current value. Am I right in guessing that the mobility will double? How can I increase by lesser amounts? Is there some list of useful float values?

I gave jigg's down taunt a wind hitbox, but I don't know how to edit the size of the hitbox or the strength of it and stuff. help please!
