Hotel Rooms and Rules of Conduct:

BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM HERE!!!


This is a very, very nice hotel so people have to be careful to behave themselves. The discount rates we were granted were as follows:

1 Person: $95
2 People: $95
3 People: $120
4 People: $145

No more than 4 people per room, per night. Remember the Hotel IS the Venue so if you get complaints and such you can be kicked out.

I'm not sure if they will be able to monitor if you say the room is for 2 people and bring 4. This makes it only $25 per person/night.... but I do not condone this. All I know is they will be looking for more than 4 hard.

You will find no cheaper rooms anywhere since this is so close to Washington DC. Everything is crazy expensive. Not to mention you just leave your hotel room and walk right down to the venue.

You may NOT sleep inside the venue itself.

I snore, but if you put your pillow over your head you will barely be able to hear me

I have a problem with forgetting to put the seat up when i go to the bathroom

I like to sing a lot

I pack really lightly, usually I don't bring anything but the clothes on my back.

I have to get a bed, no questions asked

I bring deoderant and cologne with me + I shower

I'll bring my own pillow/blanket so i wont need a bed, but its legit to have a rotation, floor one night, bed the next night.

Super Easy Going. Quiet, but will yuck it up no problem.

I wont steal your **** cause my family is filled with cops/lawyers so i was raised smarter than that.

I play Falcon, so the friendly comboes will be cool, and I'm generally not a try-hard in friendlies.

I smoke the green-greens. take it or leave it, probably wont have any with me though since ill be flying. but ill smoke yours and throw you a few bucks.

there can only be 4 people per room, its already a huge discount.

there will be people at the hotel checking to make sure this happens, and if not people risk being kicked out of the hotel (i.e) venue. They are going to have a list of everyones names who registers and will be watching over rooms.

the rooms are very important and if people just climb into them the hotel would have no incentive to let us use such a crazy amazing venue.

so have some respect, follow the rules, enjoy a nice hotel for once instead of cramming

people can probably get away with buying rooms with under 2-3 people and putting 4 people in it.

we have to meet a specific amount of rooms or else i will be royally boned, so i have to be pretty strict about it. you guys dont even wana know the type of contracts i have to sign into

My flight and registration are paid so I'm basically confirmed to be at the hotel (which means I won't back out last minute under normal circumstances). I plan on going to sleep early (from 9 - 11 PM more or less) so I can get my Power Rest™. Respond if you want to room!

and do you kno if the room sizes are different between say 2 and 4 ppl. or are they just trying to make sure they get paid?


NVM-the 2 person room is 2 double beds which is the same as the 3 and the 4. and it is per night.

there are also prices for a 3 person suite and the 4 person allergy friendly room.
