It’s abbreviation day. Anyway, finally back on time for todays update and it’s a doozy. When Pokemon Trainer was shown off people were wondering how the Final Smashes would work. Would there be a unique one for each character? Would they have a combined attack? Would it bring out a diferent pokemon completly (Mewtwo?) Well todays update answers that question.

What happens is Pokemon Trainer (PT) sends out all 3 pokemon at once and let off the most powerful (Pre-Ruby/Saphite/Emerald) elemental attacks: Fire Blast, Hydro pump and Solar Beam.

It has long range, so I’d try and find a platform to stand on to avoid it, because it looks like it hurts. Afterall, it’s Super Effective.

Oh, and a word of advice direct from Sakurai.

If an opposing Pokémon gets the Smash Ball, at the very least take care to not be standing immediately beside it. hen you’re particularly close, it hurts. FLEE!

So by the sounds of it, the closer you are, the more it hurts. It might just be though that you’ll find yourself getting hit by more of the attack, rather than it doing more damage.
