See Shaya, vyse mains a character called "Diddy Kong", I know you may have heard of Donkey Kong, but this is his nephew. Although Donkey Kong is an ape, Diddy Kong is actually a monkey, which gives reason to why vyse would like monkeys, which then gives reason why he would choose a monkey-esque pokemon to end each of his posts with. It's quite elementary really.

edit: its almost worth scratchin a whole new sprite just to see what a wombat pokemon would look like. i'll do it after exam block finishes (tomorow hehehe)

Greenie's First Scratched Sprite

So, I was thinking, prompted by Vyse, if there was a Pokemon based off a Wombat. And I couldn't think of one Pokemon who was directly linked to the greatest animal to walk, or plod along this green Earth. So I decided to make one. And I thought you guys should see him first. Keep in mind this is the first in the evolution chain of probably three, so this one is the baby.


Name: Woomby
Type: Normal
Pokedex Entry: As soon as Woomby are able to leave their mother's pouch they begin to burrow tunnels underground. This Pokemon is suprisingly strong for its size as a result of its continous digging.

And in true Aussie Spirit I give you his shiny as well:


Hope you like him! :) For clarifications sake, his evolutions are gonna get bigger, furrier and cuter.

Aww Greenstreet 'Woomb'-ee is sooo cute <3.

That sprite is much cuter than all of the Diamond/Pearl Sprites put together bar Lucario and Manaphy. The other pokemans are too fucking lame to be cute.

POKEMON PUZZLE LEAGUE OMG FALLLCCOONNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!

Next big meet/tourney will involve puzzle league brackets.

Redcliffe II was a huge succcess.

DJ proves once again that the 64 is the superior console.

Dodgeball was awesome fun, especially when we got into Free-for-all.

Thanks for hosting us guys, was a wicked fun STD.

We did actually do some tourney stuff, but yeah. No one cares about that lol.

You mean you and Nick didn't care. lol. The rest were well into it though. I'll post the results soon. I was so glad to be able to play against everyone, had some really really close matches during the tournament. Especially with Paff and Ben.

I need to level up my MK matchup knowledge though. I still believe I can beat it, but it's getting Chris to play MK in friendlies which is the hard part : /

Otherwise, I think I've gained some very valuable Brawl experience points this weekend, playing against you guys has really upped my game. Paff your Peach is solid, and it let me test out my theorycraft for beating her, which proved useful against Ben in loser's finals.

And lol Ben, picking up a (semi) new character in a loser's finals match lol.

I guess it doesn't matter too much since it was a pretty relaxed tournament. But relaxed or not, it still bought out the best in you guys (And I mean all of you - that didn't quit anyway)

Also, Rob, Brad, you guys are really good too. You should keep on practicing!

Also Arrow, your Snake is much more orthodox than Chris'
Port town owns me so bad.

Also, good to see you Woods!

I'll post more later when I'm not dead from lack of sleep.

Your Diddy Kong is really good. I greatly enjoyed our matches. And I think Port Town is possibly my favorite counterpick now, heh. Good music + shiny visuals + car shenanigans ftw.

@Rune:
Your Wolf is pretty terrifying. I think it's dead even with my ZSS (and of course it completely destroyed my Peach). Those matches were too close; next time I might not get so lucky.

@Chris:
You're too good still. And Pikachu is definitely broken. :p

@Scrubs:
Wario is really weird. And you're really good with him. And you should totally pick up Brawl Peach as a main - she's just too awesome.

@Arrow:
Go team Manly Adventure! Your Snake strategy of "walk around tilting at people" is a good one, heh.

@Booker:
You have the worst luck with Frigate Orpheon. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to play against you.

Thanks for letting me borrow your SD card. I don't think we got to play 1v1, but it was fun vsing you in all those four-player matches. And getting hit by eggs from across the stage while trying to fight your teammate. :p
