For the record:

SSF4 AND MvC3 are on 360 because that is what those scenes prefer to play it on. However, if I cannot get the date changed... most SRK members won't be coming to this, in that case it will be based on this scene's preference.

Date might get changed to the 13th, need to here Smash opinions first. Will know for sure by this Weds.

Melee is after Brawl Doubles, which is the first "Wii" event. Full schedule will be posted hopefully this week... I think I finally have time to do so.

Events listed in the OP, side event, and Mystery Event is what is being ran at this tourne. Once setups become free, they can be used for whatever else. But none of the TO equipment will be available for those. (Stream, Mics, Laptops, money, etc)

There is that other Ohio (Almost Columbus) tournament that was scheduled on the 20th. So if Smash people do get inconvenienced by the date change, there is an alternative.
