Update on Starship Mario! Vertex and retexture now done! THIS WAS A PAIN TO DO, I kept testing, and testing, and testing! Plus, there aren't a lot of points to mess up with.

Haha. Well, I'm almost done. I tried to put clouds in the chimney, but for some reason, they're not there in-game.

would it be possible to make the textures more accurate and assymetrical through uv editing? (if that's what the method is called)

I think you should turn the ship to the side so that you play across his hat and onto the brim. It'd be a bit more playable (no awkward, steep edges, just the chimney and the brim of the hat/nose) and then you could make it look like it's flying through space as well (animate some jets onto the back of it and make the background scroll).

Just my two cents. I just don't enjoy levels that have those really, really steep edges. Great work so far though.

I guess that is an idea, but it would not really "fit" with how the background moves, I think. I also planned on adding another platform (Toad Brigade ship).

Edit: I think I'll use your idea. It will make fixing the collisions much easier, and you will be able to see the ship fully. Also, I have to find out why the clouds are not showing in-game, reduce the number of starbits, add the brigade ship (Based on Toad's head from Peach's MotionEtc) and change the portals in the backgrounds to planets, or items.

just a thought, but do you guys think you could change gravity on a stage?

EDIT: what would look cool to replace green greens grass?

WTF? I can't edit my GCT in any way or my brawl freezes.

At least I got a working backup, but if I edit it in any way...

And I wanted to remove the Stage Expansion Pack...

Hey guys I am making a tower of salvation level for A miniture project I am doing but I really suck at any ind of drawing or anything around that area, so I was wondering if someone could make a background picture for me, I am also having problems with the pillars... and yes they do seem necessary.

Did anyone had this problem before? I can't remove the stage expansion codes from my GCT without freezing my game. I tried removing them but the game won't even load. It stops at a black screen.

I've already deleted all the stage expansion files from my SD card.

br3 compactor try this code. it will only work if your game freezes at the stage select screen,this code will stop the freezing. it worked for me.

just want to say, don't get deterred because Mewtwo_2000 says he's making it too. its always better to have multiple options available.

edit: that zebes is 2D and way disproportionate.

Downloads are here for the normal one and here for the rainy one.

I updated the ones using Mewtwo's original textures (better sky texture, slight movement of the castle). Downloads for all versions contain small and larger versions of the castle. Bridge of Eldin and Temple compatibility had to be sacrificed for the rainy versions so I could have the sky and rain animated at the same time. Cool thing though, since Temple doesn't have a ModelData[1], putting the rainy version over that completely ignores the rain. So do that if you like the darker sky.

Yeah... I'd also be very happy if that were a stage xD

But this is actually the SSS pic for Mewtwo2000's stage.
If anyone wants it, just get it. It's already the right format and size.

And Google (Images) "Hyrule Castle 64" and you'll see the original pic.

EDIT: lol, just realized I could just Print Screen the collision editor in brawlbox to get a pic.

EDIT 2: Brawlbox won't help me get a pic for Budokai Tenkaichi stage, does anyone have one?

Wow... after all these years, I find out that Hyrule Castle 64 is based off of Hyrule Castle from OoT. Mind = blown.

Well, first time here on smash world forums, I thought I'd post my current stage project here.

I'm trying to get the SMB3 title logo in the area where you fight, no luck so far. :(

OH MY GAWD, MEWTWO POSTED. MY SAVIOR!

XD, I need help with two of my stages, and once again, I was wondering if you could tell me how to fix them (Not actually do it yourself, you know how I hate when you work too much, and besides, I want to learn from my mistakes by myself).

My first stage, Mt. Silver, has two problems. I can't seem to add model datas, as each time I try to, in-game, the models are not showing. That, and one of the textures is glitched (I believe I can fix it by looking at that guide you made, but I'm not sure that is the problem).

As for my second stage, Starship Mario, I was wondering if you know why the custom smoke + animation I made for the chimney wasn't showing in-game either?

Come to think of it, if the game doesn't have tell the ModelData to load, the model inside won't load... So if you replace a model, make sure said ModelData had it's model loaded at all times or something?
