I want a side event that i can get just about everyone to enter (or a large margin) and that would be somewhat balanced.

I'm going to suggest Melee or Reverse Mains.

Let me get back to you on that tomorrow. I WILL say this though.

If we do pools with a low turnout, I will not eliminate from pools. Instead, I will just seed. If you show up too late for pools I can still enter you in bracket, you'd just be a bottom seed which honestly might not be so scary because of the lower turnout. Just throwing that out there in case that would be the case.
