You missed my point entirely. Just because you can say something doesn't make it true. Just because you can structure something properly doesn't make it true either.

You would still embrace your own view point even if it was in the minority.

opinion or not, its about the majority, and the majority agrees with me, that is why polls are taken in the first place >__>

all i get from anti bans is, its not true cause its your opinion, and i dont agree with it, and no statistics, well tell that to 75% of 1000

if we do not use statistics to decide which opinion is more plausible, than we cant even argue, and there are no statistics to show that mk shouldnt be banned

You'll never, ever EVER see Shieks placing well in tournaments (besides the few exceptions out there, always an exception to any rule). Hell you aren't even going to see more shieks then you see now, because Shiek sucks, hell get Ed in here he'll tell you Shiek sucks but he plays her anyway cuz hes a man.

You rang Mattfro? Sorry Yele, sheik isn't too good and it isn't really MK to blame. She just an ultra precision character that doesnt have many bad MUs in paper but lacks some good tools. I just make her look good at times. Hooray exceptions.

"i dont want mk banned because i don't care what todays statistics say, or what the majority think", or "i think its dumb to rid of a character in a game" or "i put all this time into this character" or "i think this character is needed to show my skill" notice all the "I's" no actual reasoning that benefits the community as a whole, as there is no good evidence to support why mk should be kept

you're skirting around a fundamental problem that brawl is just not the best competitive game

there has been no metagame development without mk, so obviously the results of any current mk banned tourney are going to feed off of what we know of the metagame with mk, (example: fewer of certain chars)

if you dont like brawl, then you should obviously have nothing to do with it

you cannot say nothing will change until we actually give it a chance, and obviously it may take awhile since it took over 3years for 75% of the community to start thinking logically

we need to constantly see what happens when hes not limiting peoples decisions >__> things will definitely change

with only the occasional mk banned tourney, people are still likely to only use the characters they use when mk is around

No, I'm indifferent about it. I'm just gonna break it down to how we go about "winning", and if that's not what you want to hear then too bad, you're just gonna have to hold that ****.

You play to win by counterpicking your way through favorable matchups. I play to win by maximizing my character so I can compete with my unfavorable matchups.

Basically, either you're playing a game of who competes against MK or who can counterpick their opponent better. Personally, I really don't give a ****. I just play Brawl because I like Brawl.
