This is the only real match that's in the wario hall of fame. Its definately an incredible match, but there may be better ones out there.

It is not laziness. That was never my idea from the beginning. If you are really interested you can go by , clicking on the links and reading what people have been writing about those matches. I don't think it is a good idea to repeat links . If someone posted a good video of a character, and it becomes the best I've seen, I wont repeat it on my first post. I won't put another video of that character unless I find a very good one or better. I do think it would be good that there is just one post with links from any of the users of this forum. Preferably , their first post.

Was calling your decision ********, not you. You are clearly a level headed and reasonable poster, but I think it's stupid that you don't want to update the original post and expect readers to trudge through all the pages to find the videos.

Honestly, I might as well just go to the video threads in each of the character forums if I want to do that. It'd probably be easier!

So, in order to prevent repeats... why not post the players that are most often cited as the best for a certain character?

For instance, Sethlon is often given as the best Falco, and Tudor as a the best Samus, so why not post videos of them so that people don't have to post them and make repeat videos? You're the TC, so why not make the first post into a cohesive thing that is helpful to the community by reflecting the opinion of the community's majority?

If you win off of one or two moves, against a GOOD opponent, isn't that indicative of your skill to be able to use a limited moveset to its fullest potential?

Using few only good moves is effective, but it IS boring to watch.

Well. I am listening to you guys. You want to change the way I intended this thread. Let me think of it... It is easy to say.. do this and that but, I am the one getting PMs to put a video and a character as the "widely recognized best player" . I see more people criticizing and telling me what to do than those actually providing their own organized links the way I did. Those who aren't searching links and don't want to surf the thread talk me about laziness. For now, I will keep up with my idea. Any of you could organize links for every character if you want. I will find my favorites for every character without repeating your links. Let me see your efforts and let's see how this turns out.

Like I said I'm more than alright updating the above post in conjunction with Morpheus' choices for best char. It is likely that if enough people post we will eventually need to reformat it to take in account the number of videos and if need be size of the thread (i.e. # of page's you'd have to go to in order to see your guy. If necessary and if Morpheus agrees...one possibility is me posting a main page, and then take the first 35 posts and dedicate each one to a character and add that char's videos to that post with discussion following those first 35 posts. But for now I think the above format would be alright...

I believe its the best player for that character..and hopefully their best match. I know many of the matches in my post were not their best necessarily..I'm going to switch in and out some matches of suggested players from the single ones I had picked (more or less at random to give a potential organized solution) to the best single video of each with the page numbers of additional videos.

If posters end up preferring it or if Morpheus would prefer it, I'd be willing to set up another thread for everyone's videos. However I'd rather not take n e thing from Morpheus' thread unless there's something near a consensus on it.

On second thought: If you have a badass video of a character just post it n e ways..the initial purpose was to show the potential of each character..and whether the players the best of not..badass is badass . It can't hurt this thread either way...

Nah that was Ophelia. Epic though that was it wasn't the entire video. Don't know if he ever posted the whole thing online.

This thread is so disorganized. Alot of people don't search through every page to find things, thats the responsibility of the topic poster to put on the main topic. This is such an excellent idea but you're excuting it all wrong and when people try to tell you so you tell them otherwise.

I think what it dumbs down to is someone should eventually make a newer topic the way its suppose to be(which sucks). But what are you going to do if the OP doesn't want to take initiative.

It's not because were lazy. It's because we don't want clutter spread across 10 pages where it could just be on one post. That isn't alot to ask for. The thread is dieing(people aren't putting up vids) because they think there's no real point of putting there vids out there if barely anyone will scroll through 47032473298 pages to find what they have to say. Sorry, but someone should definitely make a new post.
