You should have won that first one no doubt, but I feel the 2nd one was fair aside from my stupid gloating and crit at the end.

Pretty sure it's OU tier with CAP mons included (The pkmn at the bottom of the list in PS)
But I could be wrong.

So far, the only CAP player I know is Iota.
