Does anyone wanna help me theorycraft an easier way to do buffer upairs out of dash?

I can't figure it out :<

With default controls (GC controller),
just Soft Tilt up and slide your thumb from y/x to A, at the end-frames of the DA.

Oh, in that case...
I don't know any easy ways of doing it.

I run, and then Soft Tilt up + slide thumb from y/x to A, which is pretty tricky.
I mess it up from time to time, though.
(I believe that's the ways you do it, too, huh?)

I, too, would be happy to learn an easier method.

You can tap sheild and buffer it out of shield.

Theoretically.

In which case you'd have something like, 6 Frames? of lag between Utilt coming out and the dash ending. Not sure if that'd actually be quicker though.

That's the only thing I can think of to make it faster. Unless you can maybe do that weird timing moves out of a turn around animation. But that **** is really really hard.

Nope. But are you going to link to export threads for matchups or have it all in one thread? I think it'd be much more useful to have the exports, that way if someone wants to bring up something really random on the matchup long after we've finished it, it'll still be in the same spot as the rest of the discussion.

you ever try to deal damage to a sonic with the intent of only running the **** away?

****s annoying :x

I could see sonic stealing leads from ZSS easier then luc though.

A crew member of mine is picking up sonic, so maybe I'll be able to try and play the MU more.


off the top of my head... I'm pretty sure our held jab can interupt spindash.

but if you hold the jab then we just power shield the 3rd hit and grab you.

you guys should talk to that md/va zss. I forgot his name but its 5 letters and it starts with an S. he plays with speed alot so he knows the sonic matchup. snakeee is also good at it.

well, if youre holding the A button to stop the spindash.

I would assume it would be hard to time your self letting go of the A button after the first jab.

as I remember, trying to stop after jab 2 is terribly laggy, so the only real option is to do jab 3 and hope it doesnt get shielded.

thats my logic anyway.

I don't find it hard to stop after jab 1 after a held jab and jab 2 hit isn't THAT bad [I think so at least, I've ussually been able to shield or roll away without problems]

then again I have ******* good hitconfirm :S
