As others have said it doesn't make him an overpowered character or even slightly broken. For me he is just a fun character to play with an awesome twist :)

Really I never thought about it, that might be due that I don't know enough players to do 2v2 constantly, but you just might be onto something.

Lucario is very glass-cannonish and even when he is at high percent he just starts to hit like a normal character then a tiny bit harder. He is a decent character from the start but if you can handle living at 100%+ you will be able to wreck other players.
