I have not experienced the problems of which you speak. Every character requires precision. Also, Pit is not one of MK's worst match-ups.

I would only rarely glide against a Ness or Lucas, because you need to be able to keep your air dodge open for PK Thunders. I wouldn't nair at low percents to rack up damage--you want to save it as a finisher (preferably over the edge). I wouldn't ever use MK's jab. It's his worst move...

I find Meta's jab to be practically useless. Everytime I do it, it's by accident. Even when they're up against the wall I prefer dtilt spam.
