Everybody and anybody who thinks that Brawl will be the last Smash game has no grasp on how video game businesses work, whatsoever. Worst case scenario is that the fourth is a slightly upgraded version of Brawl, best case scenario is that Sakurai gets to direct again.

The game is faaaar less of a disappointment than Melee was in its time, and that game is still considered by many to be amazing. There's no way in hell that you'll hear me saying I hate the game just because a couple characters I wanted in didn't make it in. Guess they'll just have to wait until...

If that's meant to be Tetra's ship... Ugh, talk about waaaay out of scale (though half of Melee's were). Though I still think it's just meant to be a generic pirate ship. Would've preferred Gangplank Galleon being the 'pirate' stage for Brawl, but this fits the bill nicely still.

Well, the 'normal' Link was changed significantly, so I guess it's another Mario/ Luigi, Ness/ Lucas, Fox/ Falco scenario. Well, not really as all of those characters have far larger differences between themselves than Toon Link does, but... Eh... Hey, he's cel-shaded! Though I could've done...

I'm sorry, but ROB is a horrible character, and a ill guided attempt at representing Nintendo's past. Because it's not like Smash Bros. is about Nintendo's history. Or like Mr. Game & Watch was old or anything. Seriously speaking though, ROB was a character I genuinely wanted since day one... I...

'Uahuahuah'? NO IDEA how a weird laugh like that would sound in real life. Anyhow, the entire comment is subjective. They could've easily put in a 100 characters and mentioned how small the roster was. The comment doesn't have ANY baring on the actual game.

Nothing at all to do with them simply being poorly made? (Or in Adventure's scenario, not even made with the original intention of being a SF game until the later half of development.)

Here's another reason why I'm not believing the 35 character list with ROB in it: ZELDA HAS MORE REPS THAN MARIO. What the hell? You could argue that Sheik doesn't count, yet the general impression of most fans, and seemingly Sakurai himself, is that she's a 'different' character to Zelda, which...

Sans R.O.B. (I have NO idea why Chronobound decided to give the guy who claimed R.O.B. was playable some kind of special credability, but whatever), that roster would be bearable. Put in Geno, Ridley or somebody like Animal Crosser or Mii, and it'd even be great. Not perfect, but a hellova lot...

Couldn't 'Model Change' just as well be the new models all the old character's are getting? It may not seem that important, yet characters like Fox, Zelda and Sheik have gotten some pretty big revisions on their character design. 'Model Change' could be referencing said revision.

Considering how young Sakurai is (compared to say, Miyamoto, Iwata, Will Wright, most other video game 'biggies'... He's like, in his 30's, right? Made Kirby when he was 19?), I doubt that this'll even be the last Smash game he directs. He obviously cares a great deal about Smash if he canceled...
