Most likely it's fake, but we'll know for sure when Yoshi's Land Wii U is officially unveiled. If this "Debu" character is shown, there's no way he could have guessed that.

No, TTYD's paper mode (turning to the side) would be his stationary dodge. His rolling dodge (what I assume you're referring to here) would probably either be TTYD's tube mode, or his dash animation (Z-Button) from the original N64 game.
