Updated some things. Primarily, we finally got some kinks worked out so that the top four winners in the Brawl tournament will have the transportation and entry fee covered for HERB's Brawl tournament. It was sort of in planning for a while but the details weren't worked out until recently.

If someone is near the edge and the shield is broken, should you attempt to D-smash or stick with Rollout/F-Smash?

Just to make sure, the actual EVO rules or something like ISP that's also has items but is setup differently? What device is it? I attempted to buy something but the video and audio didn't synch well. Gotta try to return/exchange it.
