Brad, you in Marketing at the Sait? I think you'll find there's very few 'game' communities as well networked as Smash, as demonstrated by the spirit bomb drive. I'd argue you may be marketing the right product to the wrong people. We're all quite comfortable as is, I can think of many many better places and people that would benefit from the service you're offering.

TBH most of us on here care about building a smash community, not a gaming community. So thats why we gotta refer peeps here.

I am in marketing at SAIT, just about done. I don't disagree with what you said, but I think you guys seem to misunderstand the point of what I'm doing. Smash is the least of my worries TBQH, I don't think it's the best networked community on a global scale but the spirit bomb was impressive and frankly gamers should be proud of the $225,000. Needless to say, SmashLogic is about creating a community for gamers. Smashers, Shooters, Crafters, Casuals, I don't even care. It's about enjoying videogames and being able to share that with others. Competitive gaming, or even smash has NOTHING to do with it. It only serves as a major function as it clearly has the strongest tie with me personally, but I plan to host tournaments for other games asap as well as once I finish my partnership with a couple businesses I have been talking to (once again, I need to community so business will consider me) then I will be able to host events on a regular basis just for fun, doesn't even need to be a tournament.

I suppose I am clearly mistating the purpose. For that I apologize, I just am buffing it here because I know you guys are a good strong community to gain help from. Either way I don't want to take away from the smash community, I want to work WITH it.

Only had one Melee set up in a tourney w/ like 15 people entered. The TV was an HDTV so there was massive lag. We all just played low tiers for ****s and giggles and the tournament never really concluded because we ran out of time
