I think that I am fairly certain what this is.

That "code" that Phantom Wings made? It is an error of the Plan Zero.exe. Did anyone else notice that the code was named Character Finder? This is interesting, I thought. I knew that it (Plan Zero) was obviously something to do with characters, but the pictures of the .exe proved me correct. This is ll about the actions of the characters in the game, the movement, and more.

Although I highly doubt that we will be able to edit animations (or create completely new ones, at that), this will be incredibly big.
