I'd alert someone to call 911. Then, I would find the nearest hose and attempt to control the fire with that. I would also ask others to assist me with the fire by pouring buckets of water onto it. Then when the fire trucks arrived I would ask if the fire fighters needed assistance, and if not, I would allow the fire fighters to do their job and put out the flames.
