I think a 100 people limit would actually be okay.
Most likely just 90 people will show up + there was much more space than at DS. (sleeping room, the 2 rooms upwards, multiple toilets)
You could even get up to 150 people in the location, if you wanted to do so.

well the UK Guys where gettinn from Weeze the last time to Ratingen and it's easier to get to Neuss then to get to Ratingen.

35 foreigners seems OK to me. DS had 14 dutchies, 7 or 8 brits, 5 austrians, 2 ppl from Luxembourg [and I don't even know if Austria / Luxembourg counts as "foreign"] and 3 frenchies.

Also most of the 15 TV bringers - if not all of them - will be germans and thus be in the 40 reserved spots for germans already. I don't see a problem with this.
