So can someone help me with some info?
If you only scrub or wipe garbage bytes from the iso, how much extra space do u get?
I already scrubbed and added longer songs to legal stages but, i really dont know how much space is left.

Also, Sleepyk, would u be willing to post the ''blank'' movie hps' plz?

you get about 14mb.

I already added all my desired full length songs to my stages. It helps to replace the 15 minute audio with the smallest .hps in the root/audio directory. That way, u get an extra 30mbs free

Oh yea not to mention the 15 movie.mbh file lol.

One of my friends is a designer/programmer and knows a lot about nintendo these files. He said it may be possible to get the trophy tussle stages to replace a stage on the stage select and make it selectable right from there.

6:20 samus shot color changed

caaauuuse we don't know where the lasers are.
the charge shot i think is a texture, but the lasers seem to be just a hex color.

also i was a bit overzealous with replacing files. the game froze when the fake sub 1 kb file was loaded. i don't mind it myself, but i'd rather avoid game freezes so i'll just replace them with the small 75kb hps file in case a non tournament stage is accessed. i'll still leave the single player stuff as a tiny file though.

also the game freezes upon accessing the 15 minute movies, but personally i don't try to watch it, so i think i can leave that one alone.


ahhhh, it seems the game requires you to have a specific number of frames for the movies not to freeze. okok. perhaps the movie has to at least match the length of the audio. i'll give it a shot.

Ironically both Variola and Tichinde are "Joe".

I know this isn't a request thread but since the only person I talk to regularly is a sound guy (Tichinde) I'm really curious if anyone has looked into changing the shine colors at all.

I'll consider stickying this in a bit, I really need to take some time and reorganize all the stickies though. And stickying it might make it more of a request thread as well.

shine is probably a hex code also as it doesn't show up as a texture.

n00b question in hex workshop, how do u select one offset and have it highlited all the way up to another? in comparison to manually selecting it and Paging down all the way to the destination offset. been checking in the program and couldnt find it.

For Character Audio edits, I just left click and highlight a value, then while still holding the mouse button, I press Ctrl + A and then the entire thing is highlighted from where I started.

This works on HxD.

in HEx Neo u can double clic on the offsets's column to got a small windows, and u can enter the number of offsets that u want to go.

When converting, my .bat runs then immediately closes. Apparently it isn't recognized as an external or internal command. Any idea what I should do from there on?

Open up Notepad and then type in the stuff below.

call TexConv.exe ##.tcs ##.tpl

Replace ## with the texture number that you've named the TCS file. When doing more than one texture part, repeat typing this command, but change the number values during the process. Below is an example.

call TexConv.exe 01.tcs 01.tpl
call TexConv.exe 02.tcs 02.tpl
call TexConv.exe 03.tcs 03.tpl

Afterwards, save the document as a .bat file.

Lastly, make sure that TexConv.exe is in the same folder as the .bat file, or else your texture parts won't be converted into .tpl files.

If you're a team battle friendly person, the best color slot for that texture is blue. Looks quite interesting there.

As far as I know, only the content that's shown in the Illusory Labyrinth website is downloadable. The textures that you've stated are not in there.
