Double sheik is SOOOO much fun.

I came back from a brawl tourney (To play only melee lol) and me and m2k did double sheik.

That was SOO MUCH fun. I never knew how much sheik's move can combo into her partner's moves LOL.

Soap - we have to do doubles friendlies at CT :bee:.

Ditto for Kirbykaze if you go ;)

LOL yea they do pretty ridiculous combos too. Sheik/Marth isn't bad either too. D-throw -> sweetspot upsmash is sick :laugh:.

Double sheik is sooooo much fun for some reason :psycho:.

I want to play a smarter Sheik. I really only know how to beat Marth, but still I do bad and make mistakes. My friends tell me to be creative, but I always do the same routine. Any tips to be creative? Plus I wanna know how to handle Spacies and especially Jiggz.

I'm a better partner than Inui too. ;) The best time I've had in teams so far was probably team friendlies with Inui... actually teaming with PC was amazing.... but that's on another level. XD

Agreed, Tec0. Also, if you want housing you should definitely post info so I can say I'm housing you. This format:

KDJ is always a good person to look at.

His sheik is kinda..... crazy to say the least lol.

Umm most of the people who post here are pretty reliable (well for the last few pages anyway....)

I love this thread. Because now I ask questions and people answer all the questions in this thread for me :laugh:.

That's good 2 know. I finally started posting in the Sheik Thread after a year. I thought I knew everything when it comes to Sheik, but I guess not. I'm happy to be posting here to get help. The Smash Community is the best.

Nihonjin is really good to watch too. He has a thread somewhere. It's amazing how much you can learn with having no dthrow, lol. I don't ever want to play PAL version. XD

I am also a good Sheik.

Not only have I MMed everybody in this thread and took their money but I have also won "Ohana," an international tourney with many of the world's best jam-packed into one house.

...or was the house thing part of Super Champ Combo?

...

I am joking.

Mew2King's Sheik is good for learning some things... one the big ones I can think of off the top of my head is just general spacing and timing with his aerials.

I can't find many vids of his sheik outside of m2k vs mango :(.

m2k's sheik is beyond homosexual.

And since I played him yesterday... I learned more garbage I can steal =D

I wanna become good by the time of Ohana. Are there all certain ways to DI against all characters when playing Sheik? I have a tough time DI-ing against Falcon.

@Teczero:

There's friendlies of him vs Eggm's Falco on Eggm's account.

There's also plenty of his Sheik in recent teams vids from Event 52.

He went Sheik vs Darkrain and it was recorded. Scar has them up.

There's an old set of his Sheik vs Cort's Peach somewhere on Youtube too.

@CaptainLove:

In general

DI away when being comboed.
DI in when they're trying to kill you (Marth's tipper, Sheik's Fair, etc)
DI down when you're on the ground and try to CC

And if you get knocked over when you're DIing down then try to tech it

Against Falcon in particular just DI away from everything and CC everything except stomps (and grabs, which can't be CCed for obvious reasons). Watch where his body is when he Knees and DI accordingly. At low percent (sub 50) it is not often a good idea to survival DI Knees into Falcon because he can get another one.

My friend says if you DI up on Nair you can escape the second hit sometimes. If this is true, make use of it.

There's something tragic yet amazing about watching Darkrain do a death combo to M2K the first stock and then still lose the match.

M2K's Sheik tech chasing is gay.

<3 M2K

Also, Teczero, can you confirm/deny the Nair thing on Falcon? Nobody near me plays Falcon -___-;;

Nair thing?

As in falcon's nair vs sheik or sheik's nair vs falcon?

diing out of falcon's nair
Pretty much dependent on the falcon.

I mean you can DI either up and away or down and away.

And he can hit you out of either one. But DIing down might have to make falcon wait more iirc.

But yea... you're pretty much screwed :( his nair is stupid in terms of combo potential :(

Yea so, I played my friend who plays Samus and I had big trouble against it. What should I do in that match up?

Camp ... pretty much.

Approach with b-airs if you want.

Um... thats about all there is to the match tbh.

You can also cancel the missiles with f-tilt.

Don't go for anything else besides like needle grabs/spaced b-airs until they reach high percents.

Samus = CC queen.

So don't do things that are CCable unless its like b-air.

u can space fairs on samus if they are spaced and hit really low then u just sh and do it again
Yea you could...

As much as I love fair though I think b-air > fair in this match up.

Plank just camped needles and grab d-throw fair. Then chase hope they nair grab dthrow fair.

Pretty hilarious. But its actually pretty good LOL it racks up damage really fast.

If you can get samus in the air its like game over for samus. Its ridiculous really lol.
