Hmmmmmmm I think I got it But there are some glaring holes, just like many of the other crazy theories that have been posted, so please help out if you can think of more ways this references the character. Hmmmmm I'm prolly just wrong

Disco = Mario Party, or even Mario DDR lol

Mario games are mostly platformers. Or puzzles or RPGs.
Super Mario 2, is all Mario's bad dream.

3. ...Will we always say we tried?: Lost Prophets - Rooftops

Lost Prophets either references Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels, or Mario is Missing. This is the weakest link IMO.

4. And I've lost all doubt in a chemical romance...: The Used - Take it Away

This one is Dr. Mario

5. We tried to wash our hands of all of this...: The Verve Pipe - The Freshmen

Washing = FLUDD. Pipes = Mario too obviously.

Super Mario Sunshine, anyone? Or even Mario Galaxy, or Legend of the Seven Stars
In Mario 64 you go around unlocking doors all over the castle.

This sounds oddly like a recap of the weekly character discussion. Replace "this" with the name of the location the hin is in, "I" is Samurai, "We" is the guessers, and only thing missing is I have no idea what a chemical romance is. Or has this already been done. I think the hand-washing refers to the attempt to make guesses make sence, wash their hands of the random character answers, and in that instant, refers to OS and Samurai.

No idea what character this would mean, though.

he didn't really really much on physical attacks but a lot more on special attacks, never wanted to fight in the game but had to even though he would try to avoid it alot, and even in brawl hes not really the close fighting type but more like run away and then attack type

The answer was Donkey Kong, which it seems like nobody would have guessed correctly due to the way people were making these "logical" explanations which in reality were just "crude" assumptions made from "indirect" sources. <__< Again, Does that even make sense?

Fine, I think the character hint this week is a character who is difficult to master and has a strong following which was disappointed by how this character turned out. You can't say these people tried because they haven't discovered their character's potential, but at the same time, you can't say they didn't try because of the tremendous amount of effort it takes to learn this character. Now there are some people who main this character advising others to not do so, hence the 'handwashing." It was a health experience, but the mainers just can't fight with this character. They are limited both by the difficulty of learning this character, and by the mental blocks presented for playing this character effectively.

This week's character is Pokemon Trainer. Are you happy, OS?

EDIT: If this is right, feel free to give advice in the future. Also, even if Hylian is 100% correct, we will undoubtedly misinterpret it because of the additional song references.
