There are plenty of characters that outprioritize FLUDD, but due to how new this is, it'll take some time before a full list is up. For now:

Game and Watch (Practically everything)
BAHAHAHA... Finally I can do something about the horribly evil turtle that not only outlasts every other move but also outprioritizes most. Watch out G&W!

Stages with platforms low like on BF or PS(melee) you can SH a cape just underneath them and still hit the person on it and if they aren't jumping, hit with an Uair or UpB directly after using the cape. Is that useful enough to pretty much use on most approaches when someone is on a platform and you are on the ground? Or is it still better to use different aerials?

Following up with the cape works well if your opponent is an atk animation or is DIing towards you when you cape them; if your opponent is just standing there, the cape probably won't work as well.

Mario's Cape can sometimes make the opponents reverse their momentum and go twice as far, as that explains what happens to Zelda's roll.

It's something similar to this;

MK jumps, he get's hit by Bowser's dash attack into Mario's Cape. It double his jump momentum, AND the hit distance from Bowser's dash attack (is that what you call it?) because of the Cape. At least that's my explanation behind it :psycho:.

The guide part of this thread has been merged with Mario_101's Ultimate Mario Guide. We'll see how this goes, but if we start seeing an upsurge of the "omg fludd sux" threads, this will probably be returned to having it's own guide and will be re-stickied.
