Are the rulings you have to be lvl 30 because it could suck for a lot of the lower level summoners to not have an even playing field simply because they aren't runed for the game play.

Necessary WCG Clarification Rule:

1. In the Grand Finals, the losing team has to win two sets to win the tournament. I am typing this in the rules because that is what a responsible tournament organizer does to distinguish himself from amateurs.

I play bruisers/assassins/support well.


edit: The rule about being able to restart matches 5 mins in as long as there wasn't a first blood seems kind of iffy, if only because someone could get level 1 ganked. use all their summoners and be super low health, and then be like... "ima restart this match and play more carefully next time." I'd lower it to about 3 minutes (when laning first begins) so we can better avoid that possibility.

As casual as this tournament might be, I bet some people might be lame enough to try to take of advantage of it like that.

Rather not participate at all if I have to be a captain, only reason I didn't nominate myself for captain position is because I don't want to go through any unnecessary efforts to arrange team matches etc etc. I rather just play then plan.
