Not scheduled yet, but likely May.

There's a tournament in rochester on March 13th, but yeah get in touch with cura cause he runs fests regularly

If he's in the syracuse area, it can't hurt to tag along with those guys to the rochester tourney. People will help him out and friendly him and stuff. He doesn't HAVE to enter the tourney. But it's up to him what he wants to do I suppose =)
