I bet Zelda got paired up with Shiek and they will be treated as a single unit on the tier list.
I think Yoshi's lack of shield options will prevent him being any higher than low mid-tier. Given he has some untapped potiential that has yet to be recognized.

I was first almost sure that it would be Ike. Whatever happens, Ike IS still going up (atleast by 2-3 spots I would say) which is actually kinda obvious thanks to San&recent tourney results.
If not Ike... then Mario/Squirtle? Mario has been in almost the same spot ever since 08. Maybe he could perhaps be the "Surprise" ?
