Lucario is very floaty but he's also heavy, this virtually disguises his weight class just the same as Wario. I find that Lucario can Gimp easily with that high priority ultra-combo worthy fair.

Lucario's extreem speed has base 80 power yet doesn't hit...
where as Pikachu's Quick attack has base 40 power and (AND) can hit...TWICE...




WTF?!?!?!
