Which Capcom characters would you like to see in SSB4?

Megaman is the only one that deserves it IMO. I really just don't count resident evil or DMC characters in the company of Mario, DK, Snake, Sonic, etc.

but what about Ryu. don't get me wrong I'd much rather have Megaman, but i am somewhat prepared for a Street Fighter rep just cause that is Capcoms biggest franchise at the moment, with just as big a role in Nintendo's success as Megaman had, and Ryu can totally fit the Smash asthetic

SF isn't as associated with Nintendo as Megaman is IMO. There hasn't been a major SF game(that wasn't a port of an older game) to come out on a Nintendo system since the SF2 series.

Really. i've always considered them closer related to Nintendo than any other fighting franchise but yeah that is more old school street fighter instead of the newer ones. but I'd say Super Street Fight 4 being a launch title for the 3DS was a pretty big deal. though yeah that was a port. dang i guess you're right on this one bro.

Ryu is way to Mainstream to be obscure, though i will admit he's not as interesting as Megaman.

I love how Ono said that he'd rather have M. Bison in smash over any other Street Fighter.

So if we did get a SF rep, there's a good chance it will be Bison. (who is cooler then Ryu)

Honestly the only choice I truly think would best is Mega Man. But if any other Capcom property does appear in Super Smash Bros., that would be perfectly fine too.

Regardless, the opportunity to make Nintendo vs. Capcom thanks to Mega Man or whatever in Super Smash Bros. would be very appreciated by a lot of crossover junkies out there.

I would love to see my favorite Capcom characters such as Mega Man, Mega Man X, Bad Box Art Mega Man, Amaterasu (Okami), Chibiterasu (Okamiden), pretty much anyone from Street Fighter II, any version of Ryu from Breath of Fire series except the one from Dragon Quarter, Arthur and Firebrand (Ghosts 'n Goblins), and Mike Hagger (Final Fight). But I know that the most likely Capcom character is Mega Man and I will just settle for that one.

the connection got really messed up, and I kept getting 503 errors, so I thought it was a server crash, and kept trying every few minutes.

I didn't expect this to happen, so we'd all be thankful if those posts were deleted by a mod.

his portrayal in both the Movie and the Animated Series were priceless! XD

i prefer mega man. i want people to love him again U_U.
plus.. we would get all those awesome mega man soundtracks! they just get your blood pumping you know? brawls selection of music was a bit dissapointing for me.
