SMASHFEST!!! Im guessing when he went with the light bill reference im sure Blaine meant no video games(yes, they use electricity) whatsoever and not the lights alone. If you leave all the lights in the house on all the time for the whole month it wont get to 1000 so its probably multiple TV's...
