This isn't true. You want to know why? Lucario didn't appear in a game until September 28, 2006. I think it is impossible that Sakurai got Lucario into the game in 2005. Nobody knew he was going to become that popular. This is probably true for 2006, most likely not 2005.

He played with three controllers with ONE HAND! He designed the game so he knows most strategies, hitboxes, meteor smashes and probably most percentages for every character. I agree with your third sentence though! :-)

WAS WAVEDASHING EVER INTENDED TO BE IN MELEE? I AM TIRED OF PEOPLE SAYING IT IS NOT A GLITCH WHEN IT IS. Why couldn't you just add one more moveset or luigified character to get to 40 movesets? Isaac would've been nice. Heck Mewtwo or Roy would've been satisfying.

Idk if I would buy it. It really has to depend on the characters. It would just be weird logging on your computer looking at a different Dojo and seeing everybody excited that Mario made it as a 3rd Party character.
