I don't think it's actually confirmed in the Fox boards, but Fox should have a worse match up against Pikachu than MK because of Pikachu's ridiculous chain grab on him.

QFT Knowing why the match up is the way it is and how you should play in the match up is much better than just knowing what the ratio for the match up is. Knowing the match up is especially important for PT because it helps you decide when and how you should switch Pokemon.
