yeah neon indian is tight.
ive found myself listening to similar music lately.
i never really have been into animal collective and deerhunter and all that ambient electro pop stuff.
i normally stay with punk and lofi and indie.
but over the past week i have really been digging on elctro and keyboards and the sound scapes they create.

idk. this could have something to do with the fact that my roomates favorite band is Sound Tribe and he is all about jams and ambience and electronic music involving alot of laptops and effects.

i should expand my horizons.

its like being stubborn and only playing the super nintendo when you have a 360 too.
i dont want to be one of those people who are always saying earlier stuff is better, or more retro stuff is.
you feel me?

so basically, yeah i can dig on them. it took a while to set aside the pride issue, but yeah i feel them.

@ DanGR. I'm totally sorry. I didn't realize that was you until the whole presentation thing there at the end. I feel like a jerk now, but I didn't recognize you when you were sitting and the way I was standing and also I was kinda awkward standing there next to that other guy and well it's just weird so I'm sorry for totally ignoring you and stuff and I'm glad you came and I wish I said hi and stuff.

Phew. Well, glad you won! I didn't bother entering. No real point I suppose. Glad you could come out and to the festivities though. All in all the whole thing wasn't too bad. I hope you got to see the concert, because it kicked ***.


And all that could have been done in a PM. But I don't feel like sending one, so screw all you people. And screw all you for not coming to Pixel con to see me. Oh well...

I won Brawl Singles.

I don't think mc-killa a.k.a. Edd a.k.a. Something-Foxx entered singles.

Entrants were like... Me, Cheap, my bro, George, Nu?, Matt4300?, and two other guys.

Brawl Doubles was basically an expensive (by my standards) mm between me + mc-killa and George + Nu. George + Nu won.

Melee Singles was also an expensive mm between me and Cheap. Cheap won.



Oh, and Duchock, lemme know when there's another thing going on. I might be able to come to the next one when I can drive. Also, I love anime and manga... and gaming... and GIRUGAMESH





Also, B'hamsandwich should have a mega-smashfest this weekend to prepare for TCS VII the week after and the Auburn tourney the week after that and my tourney (maybe... thread will be up soon) the week after that.

I was too busy finding pictures that were as close to, but not quite, pornography as possible for the stories.

Also, I don't know if George is still up for some kind of collaberation

It's cool, man. ;/ I usually don't wear those type of clothes anyway and I had a partial beard as well.

But yeah! That concert was pretty awesome! They told us we could go back and play more Brawl after the concert so I originally sat there just to wait it out. It was a blast though. ;D

I was disappointed at the lack of cosplay chicks though. Dx

Because I wasn't invited!! And I have church on sundays, so unless I drive myself or have someone to take me to one down there I just can't really go. I'll make it to FAP though, but next time tell Vts to invite me T.T

There was an AWESOME Team Rocket chick and another woman that seemed to look like Trinity from The Matrix.

I didn't recognize any of the others, sadly. ;/

I had friends who cosplayed as Paine (FFX), another as some chick from the movie Underword (she has big boobs), and another as some person with long black hair from D Grey Man. All of them are hot and two are single (fyi).

There were other chicks there: one Rikku, one Rinoa, and a bunch of Ghostbuster cosplayers with one or two chicks. Probably were lots of others, but, ya know, the chicks don't stand out to me.

Hey guys if things keep looking up I may be able to attempt going to the next TCS.

I'll need to buy a new controller, see if my GF changes her plans (Going to Florida with parents), and bum a ride. Lul

Hmm.... I was possibly going to do a small FAP tourney at around this time. Or spring break weekend.

Well I'd rather just go to your tournament then.

Oh, I went to that pixel con thing. I don't think Duchock was in the tournament, I wasn't either. Danger was though?

I just checked the academic calendar, and the spring break weekend is March 20-21... so I'll do a FAP monthly then.
