And as for the 4 way boxing, make sure everyone brings gloves. 4 People going at it at once doesnt sound appealing but I'm down for friendlies and for teaching people :D
(not just in boxing but in all forms of defense).
I want some training! It will further my Ninja skillz! if you could!

4 way boxing match.

Kage, myself, the twins.

Lets go.
Lol that would be epic until someone takes a punch to the back side of the jaw... which can cause easy dislocation. But a tag team boxing match would be epic =]

Lol I can teach you quick strikes/submissions that would take out a person with minimal effort =] The sneaking part is up to you tho.

Have to say this tho.

One time in 8th grade my bro and I were wrestling for varsity position and I was losing by a few points in the final round... so I accidentally broke his neck and spine. True story. very tragic times. he was told he'd never walk again by Oklahomas leading neck and back specialists.

Moral of the story is: I made varsity and he spent a year in rehab =D

Oh and Oklahoma blows (seriously. I hate that place)

Ok, APEX.

You have my attention. I'm not ready for anything like this, but a lot can happen in the time I have.
Let's see how this continues before I make any promises...

I' m going to do my best to get there. It will be fun, only my second out of State tournament. I wanna get there and lose REALLY bad. But I have school and a job. Which will be skipped for the days I am out. And with that job, I SHOULD have the money...

Lol, sorry, but I think I have housing all situated out. I will probably stay with a friend while I'm there. But I have to see, if it doesn't work out there I will.

Haha, I should have said "round robin", not 4 way boxing.

Teach me MMA stuff and I'll teach you what I know about empty force! :bee:

Is he ok now??
It took him a year of non-stop physical therapy, but he came back stronger and faster than me... so in a way he owes me!!! But ya it was a very scary experience that I never want to go thru again (except I did almost break 2 others necks in different matches... those were semi-intentional sadly to say... long stories there... very regretful stuff)

Sounds like an awesome plan =]

MMA?? <3! I wanna learn more myself. I love martial arts in general though.
I don't mind teaching some basics. Maybe I will upload vids of my brother and I teaching some basics. Its just hard without being there to help out with every little bit

Well I'm experienced in taekwondo, and I've taken a little of MMA before so I'm not completely new :) I just wish I could take more classes for MMA but it's so **** expensive.

Im a 3rd degree black belt in Tang Soo Do(its the other major Korean Martial Art)

Although I haven't been able to train in like a year :(

I want to get back into it eventually.
If I make it to 4th degree black belt, I'll be officially considered a master.

update time

Hey guys.

As many of you know we are working as hard as possible to make people register for this event. AT this time we are urging everyone we know to register via the website http://apex.vgbootcamp.com/ and pay so that we take care of the venue. I hope to see everyone Register as fast as possible.

With that in mind I want to remind everyone to remember that a Credit Card or Visa Gift Card is needed. If those are issues let us know so we can really address it for you. So far nothing has been said and I'd prefer not to open a can of worms. If info on how to get one of these is needed please tell us and we will help you.

This will be the biggest event in Smash history and without your help that cannot be even close to being accomplished.

I'm a 1st degree in TKD :D

I have my personal disagreements with the practical uses but I still love it. I've been out for a year but still spar regularly :D.

Ballistics, thank you for your concern. I still have problems every now and then but overall I'm great ^_^

I am always willing to teach and learn for those who are willing. My brother and I both have 12 years of wrestling, I'm a black belt it TKD, we both know boxing and submissions as well. If there is anything you would like to know so you can better defend yourself please come find me at apex or PM me. I am always willing to help.

And Mooney I am very interested in learning more about empty force! :D

Wow a lot of tkd people in here lol. WTF, ITF, or ATA?

And Roman, blackbelts are top tier, but God Tier goes to the 4 (I believe) 9th degree great grand masters of TKD living in America. I trained directly under one most of my TKD career (Master Kim). Despite being old he could kick my ***!!!

REGISTER PEOPLE!!!!

I like the idea because crews done at the end are usually missing key players and the hype has been used up for the most part. At Pound, US vs Europe had very little hype compared to what it could have. Everyone had left early and/or only wanted to squueze in friendlies by then. Doing it right off the bat (after warm ups) would mean fresh players and immediate hype.

EDIT:
@Kage:

I have experience but that means nothing. You might have a punch that will drop me in one hit. As well its all about fun. These are friendlies, not MM's :p If someone wanted to put money down on a fight I would say no even if I would win because it becomes increasingly more likely someone would be hurt. Just have fun (or start practicing now :p)

im going going to put my snake costume on and mortar slide at everyone.
LOL Random! but Excellent!

With having the Crews on the first day, the OoC and OoS who are traveling specifically to this to event may think of the crews as a big reason for their involvement... but like Alex said... it's up to discussion!

(thats my thoughts)
