1. If I want to find a tournament to go to, I'll go check the Tournament Listings forum and find this thread.

2. If I don't really feel like traveling to a tournament, but I go to the Regional Zones forum and see that this tournament is only a few minutes away from my house, I might consider going to it anyway.
