how on earth are these relics accurate let alone relevant

i find that fox has a favorable matchup vs ROB. reflector can nullify his projectile spam, and your lasers can force him to approach. i use mostly fair dair utilt and grab>dthrow to rack damage, before setting up for usmash at around 95% and beyond. i also find this strategy good vs DDD, rack damage and usmash.
