We could try out footstool OOS for punishment, sort of like the examples shown in that DK footstool vid. The best follow-up I can think of though, is DownB, since it stops your vertical momentum.

Mid-air homing missles come out the fastest (out of all her missles). Don't know the exact frame data, but you can tell the difference immediately. I'd guess it's about 10 frames.

Regardless whether you play high or low tiers, you need to have the skill to play Brawl in general, which is probably more important than your skill with any of the 35 characters in the game. But yes, if it's harder to win with a certain character, you will need more skill than your opponent...

I constantly use pivot grabs as Yoshi, since he recovers faster than usual with it, but never really tried with other characters. If it gives Falcon more grab range, I would say it definitely IS a viable mixup. I'll see if I can incorporate that into my Falcon play sometime. Nice find.
