on the contrary, i think he IS a special case for two reasons 1- his up-b causes ZERO damage. most up-bs cause damage at some point in the move which can be used to protect the character (if timed properly)...lucario doesn't have this option. 2- if he tries to go horizontal into the stage...

ya, i definitely didn't read this whole thread but here are my thoughts after playing it for a while... -lucario needs his auto sweet spot back -falco needs less lag on his shine...at low damage, they get out of hitstun before you finish animating -ganons down throw needs to make them bounce...

lucario at 4.....nice. and wolf is really low. that surprises me.

personally, i like the fact that brawl doesnt have the combos connected so easily like they are in melee. no, brawl isnt perfect. but i do think its starting to get more interesting.

sakurai specifically said he tried to make a game where a noob can pick it up and compete with someone who has been playing for years. thats why tripping was added in.

in melee, it felt like link and young link were balanced. one was fast, one was strong. but in this game, it feels like toon link out does link in EVERY way...am i missing something?

true true. i do agree with you. that was the point i was trying to make, but it would appear you are better with words.... ...and that was just uncalled for. yuna is allowed to like melee more. there will always be people that like the "other" game. i bet you cant name a SINGLE sequel...

well if you believe that, why was it necessary to ask when the tier list would come out if its always changing? in theory we could make one right now. it might be shody, but we could technically do it. then we would just update it as time went on. ......is it just me or do you enjoy debates...

well im not advocating a tierlist so much as i am a counter chart. and how long? well i think we should wait perhaps a year till the list gets made, and then update it as often as needed. i dont think the list is made once and set in stone.

if i can get video of the screen showing the high score, but i didnt save the replay of it, can i still have the spot? ive gotten all 5 BtT doubles down to under 10 seconds (nothing below 5 though).

i dont think anyone would have cared if they brought back ALL of the old stages...melee AND 64.

im sure there will eventually be one for brawl...id rather them take their time and get one out that is GOOD...but i just think that, for how my mind thinks, that kind of chart works better and makes more sense. maybe it isnt that easy...but i dont think its too complicated either. a lot...

ooooo....ya, i knew there was one for melee....but we need one for brawl is what i meant. i think its MUCH more accurate than a tier list, and i think this holds MORE true for brawl than melee. i can easily see this game coming down to what type of character you are against the type the other...
