I'm gonna say there is no debate here and G&W's Bair is hands down the best. Someone before me said all you have to do is to perfect-shield the turtle, therefore it isn't the best. What the hell? What a weak point. You can perfect-shield ANY Bair and any move in the game for that matter...

It certainly does not block everywhere.

These are not counters to projectiles, rather they are protection against it. There is a difference and in this thread we are discussing how to COUNTER.

Hey you can practice anything you want, don't let me stop you. I was just giving a suggestion because IMO this technique/glitch doesn't look like it has much over powershielding. Whoa if you powershield all the time you must be crazy good. I haven't seen anyone powershield->punish...

Or you could practice powershielding which gives a similar, if not the same, effect and only requires you to push one button AND ALL CHARACTERS ARE ABLE TO DO IT. Just throwing that out there.
