Bulbapedia says that Nidoking is 4'7''. Nintetales is 3'7''. And Slowpoke is taller than it. And Dunsparce is taller than all of them.
And Darkrai has legs. Dialga sounds like a bird. Arbok is as big as Groudon.
None of this makes sense.
At least Charizard is a healthy 5'7''.
