this is meta_owns_ur_mom. This is an olimar moveset

A- punch with right hand. (2%-3%)
AA- punch with left hand. (3%-4%)
AAA- after the first two punches you uppercut with the right hand. (3%-5%)
A>- punch forward (11%-17%)
Adown- does marios down A (10%-16%)
A^- headbutt (12%-18%) high knockback.
B- use the purple spray and whoever gets caught in it is stunned for 3 seconds. It takes 2 seconds to use and 3 seconds to charge.
Bdown- Pluck a pikmin (max 10) Hold for a second to get a bud. Hold for 2 seconds to get a flower. Hold for 3 seconds and you get a bomb. The bomb isntantly falls to the floor if pulled out. You can either let a yellow pikmin run by it or throw it yourself. This makes it so you need to count seconds for what you want. If you want a flower you need to time it just right. Hold it too long for a bomb. Let go too soon and get a bud. This makes plucking somewhat challenging and fun.
B>- throw pikmin. Hold it for more dmg.
B^- Jetpack. (4%-7%)(dmg doubles and becomes fire dmg if they get hit by the flames behind the jetpack)
Nair- mario's nair (4%-8%)
Bair- kick back ur legs (5%-7%)
Fair- punch forward (4%-7%)
Dair- olimar puts his legs together and twirls around drilling into ur victim. (2%-6%)
Uair-headbutt in mid-air (3%-7%) the knockback on this is high just like luigis Fair.
Dash- as ur running olimar pulls out his arms and spins around hitting ur enemy. (3%-8%)
Forward throw- tossess ur foe in the designated direction not high from the ground. Its good to use if u need some distance to throw pikmin. (4%-6%)
^throw- Tossess your foe up open for pikmin tosses. (3%-7%)
Downthrow- bounces ur opponent off the floor but doesn't make them bounce real high and may be open for an attack. Recomendation, the purple spray. (4%-8%)

PIKMIN:
Purple- rare with high dmg and stuns. Can't be thrown far.
Yellow- Rare. Low electricty dmg and can be thrown far. Can hold bombs making it stronger then purple.
White- Uncommon. Low dmg but poisons.
Red- Common. Med fire dmg.
Blue- common. Med water dmg.

whorenado is a way of describing peach's dsmash; a tornado, and very cheap.

I finally know what Meta knights B moves can be. (if somone already got this then sorry)

B down- THUNDER STAB: Meta knight raises his sword then stabs it in the ground then a shock wave of eletricity comes out beside him.

B- FLAME SLASH: (chargeable) Metaknight would raise his sword then releases fire slashes Min is one slash Max is four slash.

Super Smash- METAKNIGHT TWISTER: Metaknight rasies his sword while it charges up. Then stabs in the ground and release a Huge Twister that will do repetitive damage to anyone caught. The victim will be released as soon as they reach the top. When the attack is released Metaknight will stay in his posittion for a few sec.

Now your asking "How does this fit Metaknight?" Well if you played Metaknight in Squeak Squad you would know that his uses all of these attacks aganist Kirby and is the closes B list will get from him that he as used from a kirby game. I'm sure that SSBB can handle the other moves.

I posted this over on the EBA/Ouendan thread, but I'd like to get more input on it.

I remember hearing about making their moves IASA, and because I can't give you frame numbers, I'll approximate.

Agent J

A: Snap: Agent J sticks his arm out and snaps his fingers. Rapidly tapping A continues the Snap.
>A: Step Kick: Agent J front kicks, with flair. IASA: At the peak of the kick, before Agent J starts to retract his leg.
VA: Elite Sweep: Agent J sweeps his arm and leg out in front of him. IASA: After the arm and leg reach their farthest point.
^A: Agent Wave: Agent J waves his arms over his head. Can be done repeatedly to wave back and forth.

Smash A: Beat Tackle: Agent J lunges forward a short distance, shoulder forward. His feet leave the ground momentarily. IASA: As soon as Agent J's feet are on the ground.
D Smash: Split Swing: Agent J drops to his knees and throws both arms outward. IASA: When Agent J's arms are fully extended.
U Smash: Microphone Swipe: Agent J whirls his microphone above his head. IASA: Right before the microphone returns to J's hand.

N Air: Spin Spin: Agent J does a quick twirl, using his microphone for a little extra range. IASA: As soon as the microphone returns to Agent J's hand.
F Air: Microphone Wall: Agent J waves his microphone up and down in front of him, making a wall. IASA: When the microphone starts to come back up.
B Air: Crusin' Kick: Agent J does a reverse side kick. IASA: Right before Agent J begins to retract his leg.
U Air: Air Hand Stand: Agent J sticks his hand toward the ground and kicks upward with both legs. IASA: When Agent J is perfectly vertical.

B: Hey!: Agent J flashes his badge, stopping his enemy's frontal attacks. IASA: As soon as Agent J says "Hey!".
Smash B: Dance Sequence: Agent J starts a Dance Sequence by swinging his arms. Sequence can be changed with directional input, up to four moves. Can be IASA by starting another Dance Sequence.
^B:Entrance Leap: Agent J leaps upward, ready to make the scene. Can hurt enemies until he starts falling.
VB: Backup: Agent J calls one of his fellow Elite Beat Agents for help. Agent J cannot move until the ally's attack is done. If he gets hit, the ally will warp out as if they had completed their attack. Backup attacks do more damage and have better knockback than Agent J's attacks.
Agent Spin: Does a Spin Spin at the level of a short-hop.
Agent Chieftan: Does a Beat Tackle.
Agent Derek: Does the Agent Wave for three repitions.
Agent Morris: Does a Step Kick.
Agent Starr: Does the Snap for three repitions.
Agent Foxx: Does a Split Swing.
Agent Missy: Does an Elite Sweep.
Commander Kahn: RARE! Joins Agent J in a single Dance Sequence.

Grab Attack: Rythm Knee.
F Throw: Agent Shove: Agent J pushes his enemy forward.
B Throw: Flip Out: Agent J falls back and flips his enemy over his head, quickly righting himself.
U Throw: Head Bang: Agent J does a hand stand, kicking his enemy upward.
D Throw: Dance!: Agent J throws his enemy to the ground, then lands on them while kicking at the air.

Brawl Move (Super Special): Elite Beat Fury: All of Agent J's moves become IASA at any time for seven seconds.

Taunt: Agent J faces the screen and says "Agent J here!"

Winning Taunts:
1: Agent J says "Mission Complete!" while standing proud.
2: With his back to the screen, Agent J turns his head to the screen, gives a thumbs-up and says "At your service!".
3: Agent J does a little dance, ended by a Split Sweep.
Any and all comments are greatly appreciated!

Probably a bit late for this since production has already been long underway but what the hell, not like they were looking at American input on the game anyway right?

Character- Lance: The Dragon Master (Pokemon Series)

Reasoning- Pokemon are good, but what about the trainers? And what other trainer is as bad a mother as Lance? The ultimate contender of the Elite 4 who looks pretty tough to begin with. hahaha.

-Stats-

Attack- 3
Speed- 2
Attack Speed- 4
Weight- 3
Jump- 3,3
Recovery- 5

-A moveset-

(Ground)
A- Right Arm Slice
A,A- Right, Left Arm Slice
A,A,A- Right, Left, Scissor Arm Slice Series
fA- Kick
bA- Quick-Spin Slice
uA- One Arm Rainbow Slice
dA- Low One Arm Slice Footswipe

(Air)
Nair- Front Flip
Fair- Forward Kick
Bair- Roundhouse Kick (turns Lance around)
Uair- Vertical Upward Kick
Dair- Diving Scissor Arm Slice

(Smash)
Smash fA- Strong Scissor Arm Slice
Smash uA- Hands Upward Tornado Spin
Smash dA- Tornado Spin Split Kick

-B moveset-

B- "Dragon Sting"- Similar to a combination of Donkey Kong's Charge Punch and Capt Falcon's Falcon Punch. Meditates and charges similar to DK's punch but instead of the arm swinging behind him he stands still and musters up the energy. Electric-type aura moves into his fist. Punches like the Falcon Punch but not as long a charge up. The punch stuns and depending on how long you've charged depends on how long the victim stays stunned.

fB- "Dragon's Fury Wave"- Very similar to Marth and Roy's fB except with arm slices and kicks. Able to aim high and low like Marth and Roy's fB but the order is always as follows (Slice, Slice, Kick, Kick). Final blow will set victim on fire like Roy's fB.

uB- "Dragon Spin"- Like Fox and Falco's uB but doesnt charge as long, no fire, and contains any enemy in the way within the spin. A sort of air tunnel is made while doing this move. Enemies spin in place of contact until move is finished.

dB- "Dragon Roar"- Immediately opens up and roars a dragon's roar sending a small shockwave around Lance. Any enemy in the shockwave will fly away fairly far, any projectile in the shockwave will stop dead in it's tracks as if blocked with an attack. Does not reflect. Considerable recovery time.

-Throws-

Grab A- Face Claw
fThrow- Spinning Javalin Throw
bThrow- Back-Tumble Launch
uThrow- Upward Heave
dThrow- Backflip Pounce

-Extras-

Smash Move- "Dragon Rage"- Sends Lance into a frenzy, giving him a red aura, making his run and walk faster, making his A moves quicker and stronger, his jumps quicker and higher, and his B moves much stronger. (If there MUST be a weakside to Smash Moves, since i don't know how they work yet, his defense will decrease and will take more damage when hit"?")

Taunt- Enters a slight crouch stance, fingers clenched like claws, spins head around slowly as if cracking it, and mutters: "Ready for your ultimate challenge?"

Entrance- Fire tornado whirls up from the ground. When it disperses Lance is standing there menacingly.

Victory Pose 1- Completely off-screen, then falls quickly on-screen and Scissor Arm Slashes the screen in a crouched position.

Victory Pose 2- Arms folded with one arm raised, clenching it to a claw in a pumping manner, and on fire.

Victory Pose 3- (This one's a bit out of the ordinary and probably a bit unorthadox but I'd REALLY think it would be amazing to put in the game! hahaha!) Spikes down a pokeball at his feet, a blinding light from the ball, Gyarados swirls down around him from above and ends up behind Lance. Lance now standing straight, with arms folded.

-Costume Set-

Kirby Hat- Red, slicked-back hair and a black cape

Costume 1- As in the pokemon games: Black costume and red hair
Costume 2- Red costume and red hair
Costume 3- Blue costume and red hair
Costume 4- Green costume and red hair
(Optional Costume 5)- Dark purple costume with platinum hair
(Optional Costume 6)- White costume with jet black hair

Mew: (I know it's not going to be in there)

B: Energy Shield (Hurt's everyone that touches Mew, but it can't move)
>B: Teleport (Teleports to the other side of the stage)
UpB : Floating (Floats upward but is sensitive, for faster, press B more)
Down B: Shockwave ( Pounds the floor with Shadow Ball, causing a schockwave that lasts for 3 feet, performed in air, shoot's Shadow Ball down, when it hit's the ground a shockwave starts, for what's left

Grabs; When grabbed you can attack him with A, B .If you tilt the control stick, the grabbed character moves and can be punced to the ground, a wall, (Isn'rt thrown) to throw tilt controlstick, with pressing A,B

Super Attack: Energy Field ( A large energy field starts to create around Mew, that pushes everyone away, and give them big time damage ir their stuck. The size, strenght and time of the Energy Field is depended of the percentage damage that Mew has)

If somebody wants to say it's crap, use argumenrations, so that I maybe can prove you wrong.

Ok here it is the sylux moveset! (just B moves, full moveset may come sooner or l8r):

B: Shock Coil: Has 0 knockback, is made just to rapidly increase oponents damage, when using this move, it doesnt have stun, but will make the oponent move way slower, u can use this move, and when the oponent is getting closer, cancel the attack, dodge oponents move the Fsmash him to hell XD just an idea...

<>B: Force blade: Sylux weapons looks to me like some type of sword/blade, so decide to incorporate that in one of his moves:
Quite simple actually, Sylux does a powerful slash that sends a wave/slash attack forward (imagine the wave thing that kirby does after he lands on the grounds after executing the Upb move), only this one will be far more powerful, it will take a lag at 1st to make it, but when done, the move is super fast and has high knockback...

DownB: Lock jaw
HE transforms into lock jaw and places a bomb in the ground (if placed on the air, the bomb will float there), this bomb will stay in the ground for a long time, unless someone touches the bomb, the person wil lget damaged by it, also, if sylux palces 2 bombs, a tripwire will be made, if someone touches the tripwire, the bombs will explode, and thus damages neraby oponents, if a 3rd bomb is placed, a second tripwire will apepar, but a combination of 2 tripwires/3 bombs wil lnto last long, only a second or 2, so u should use this move wisely... XD...

UpB: Dive Bom:
Had the idea after seeing the MPH intro where sylux crashes on the Glactic federation soldier, sylux will propel straight upward at 90 degrees, then in the air he'll charge just like fox does when starting the upb move, then goes 45 degrees forward/downward making an explosion of energy when he crashes, tough when he crashes in the earth, it has some lag b4 u can then fight...
When used on the ground: He'll do the move exactly in the air, but without the charge he does in mid air, and has less lag when he crashes on the stage...

Super: Delano assault
Sylux calls the delano 7 (his ship) and then the sip will fire multiple fast energy shots, that make explosion on the stage, the last hit will be double the size and wil ldo twice damaga/knockback, but is twice as slow...

metaknight b moves:

b: mach speed slice
-> b: metaknight charges then shoots across screen going through enemies like luigi missile but way faster and no lag
up+b: metaknight spins making tornado rising up (combo damage)
down b: slams sword into ground making electric energy flow out it
brawl:calls troops in blade knight and sword knights slash enemys by walking and swinging bomerang guys throw boomerangs across screen and archers shoot small pichforks and mace knights swing and throw maces then the robot lobster shoots a combo beam while the halberd loads then shoots huge beam and missles that hit everyone.... while he creates huge tornado that sweeps anyone up and damages.

I found something else. I had originally added on to someone else's, but I think I'll make a complete one for the heck of it.

It's Banjo-Kazooie.

Emblem (w/o spinning)

Attributes (together):
Power: 3.5
Speed: 2
Size: 3
Weight: 3.5
Jump: 3
Range: 4

Attributes (Banjo):
Power: 3
Speed: 2
Size: 3
Weight: 3
Jump: 1
Range: 3

Attributes (Kazooie):
Power: 4
Speed: 3
Size: 2.5
Weight: 2
Jump: 4
Range: 3

Overview:
Banjo-Kazooie is a team-based character along the lines of the Ice Climbers. The bear and bird alternate and combine various attacks and have the ability to split up and do their own thing for a little while.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
A Button Attacks/Tilt+A Attacks
A: A simple claw swipe from Banjo. 2%
A, A: Two quick claw swipes from Banjo. 2%, 3%
A, A, A: Two quick claw swipes from Banjo followed by a quick peck from Kazooie. 2%, 3%, 4%

U-Tilt: Kazooie brings her wing in an arc, slapping all opponents in the area. 8%
F-Tilt: Kazooie brings both wings forward and spreads them apart quickly, swatting away opponents. 7%
D-Tilt: Kazooie farts out a random egg from behind her. The speed and height of the egg's bounce depends on the lay of the land. (Egg details below.) 4% Normal, 7% Fire, 5% Ice along with instant freeze, 11% Grenade, 8% Battery.

Smash Attacks
U-Smash: Banjo does a quick, arching, upward swipe, almost immediately followed by a hard upward stab from Kazooie's beak. (Imagine the first slash of Link's U-Smash combined with Marth's U-Smash.) 3% swipe uncharged/13% stab uncharged, 5% swipe fully charged/18% stab fully charged
F-Smash: Banjo grabs Kazooie by the legs and slams her hard on her back directly in front of him. Banjo's rangiest attack. 16% uncharged, 23% fully charged
D-Smash: Banjo swings his backpack in a complete 360. 13% front/8% back uncharged, 19% front/12% back fully charged

Special B Attacks
B: Egg Shot. Banjo crouches and Kazooie fires a random egg straight ahead from her mouth. Egg types are as follows:
Normal- Blue eggs. Can be fired 3 at a time. Do 3% a hit.
Fire- Red, flaming eggs. Can be fired 2 at a time. Do 7% a hit.
Ice- Silver, crystallized eggs. Can be fired 2 at a time. Do 4% a hit, and instantly freeze opponents where they stand.
Grenade- Green, grenade-looking eggs. Can be fired 1 at a time. Do 20% a hit.
Battery- Black-and-yellow eggs. Can be fired 1 at a time. Do 12% a hit.
Homing- Occasionally, Kazooie will fire an egg with afterimages. These home in on opponents relentlessly. However, they are extremely rare.
Forward-B: Split Up. Cannot be performed in midair.
Up-B: Beak Bomb. Kazooie spreads her wings and, after a short rise, Banjo shoots in any direction like a missile. Travels far and bounces off opponents and walls, resulting in no more usage. 13%
Down-B: Beak Buster/Bill Drill. If B is tapped, Banjo will jump (if grounded) and Kazooie will smash into the ground beak-first, bouncing off opponents. If B is held, Kazooie will do a short spin before drilling into the ground beak-first, hitting opponents multiple times. 16%/4% a hit, 8 hits max

Aerials
U-Air: Kazooie waves her wings above her head one after the other. 5% per wing
D-Air: Banjo grabs his backpack and does one backward somersault, hitting below him. 11%
F-Air: Kazooie pecks forward 3 times in succession. Height is not lost. 4%, 4%, 6%
B-Air: Kazooie performs a single reverse peck coupled with a hard swipe from Banjo. 7%, 6%
N-Air: Kazooie flaps multiple times. Reduces fall speed. 3% a flap, 5 flaps max

Dash Attack: Banjo tumbles, with Kazooie acting as an extra layer of mass. 9%

Grabs and Throws
Grab: Both Banjo and Kazooie hold the opponent. Also, the duo attacks simultaneously: Banjo with swipes and Kazooie with pecks. 4% total after both hit
U-Throw: Kazooie flings the opponent upward and shoots a random egg at him/her. 4% for the throw (see egg damages for...egg damages)
F-Throw: Banjo headbutts the opponent away. 5%
D-Throw: Banjo trips the opponent and slams his backpack onto him/her. 8%
B-Throw: Banjo gut-punches the opponent right before Kazooie flings him/her over his head, backwards. 3%, 5%

Taunt: Kazooie pecks Banjo's head and giggles. Banjo strangles her in response, and she retreats into the backpack. Interruptible as soon as the strangling starts.

Super Smash: Wonderwing Invulnerability. Kazooie pulls out a golden feather from the backpack, Banjo laughs, the fanfare begins, and the madness commences. Imagine having a Hammer while having a Star, and you have the basic idea, except the Wonderwing provides Rest-like knockback upon contact. It lasts about 15 seconds, and is most useful on small stages.

Win Poses
#1: Banjo stamps his feet happily and bows twice. (3:50-3:53)
#2: 1:26-1:30 of this video.
#3: Kazooie pecks Banjo's head, jumps out, and runs away. Banjo growls and chases after her.

Other Notes:
After the duo splits up, switching character control and reunification are done by taunting. This can't be done in midair.
Banjo and Kazooie have limited movesets individually. Neither of them have Up-B's and grabs. Banjo lacks all aerials (except Dair), an Fsmash, and tilts; Kazooie lacks tilts and a Dair.

Banjo
B: Pack Whack. Banjo swings his backpack in a 720 degree motion. When done in the air, it grants a double jump. Can be done repeatedly in midair. 15%
Down-B: Snooze Pack. Banjo climbs into his pack and sleeps as long as B is held. While sleeping, Banjo gradually regains health at a rate of 5% every 3 seconds.
Forward-B: Shack Pack. Banjo removes his pack and scoops up an enemy or a projectile. He can then forcefully release it in any direction. A special type of throw. 10%

Kazooie
Dash Attack: Kazooie twirls with her wings extended, dealing multiple hits. 3% a hit, 6 hits max

KO judgment is done Ice Climbers' style.

(I had way too much time on my hands.)

Meowth

Oh no! No more pokemon! Too bad, but this pokemon actually has a chance of appearing in Brawl (at least I think). Meowth can be seen as Pikachu's archrival, or as the main pokemon of Pikachu's trainer's archrivals, in the original anime that is (which a lot of people watched as they were kids, including me). This makes him a classic well-known pokemon, in fame comparable to jigglypuff.

Meowth would be a lightweight character, but with decent speed and combo's. He mainly attacks with his claws and his special attacks use the coins of which I still don't know where he gets them from:confused: .

A attacks
A: Little scratch, comparable to Bowser's.
AA: Scratch with other claw.
AAA: Bite. He can attack 3 times this way, like mario/luigi's jab attacks.
>A: Low kick. Since Meowth walks on two legs, he can kick, right? (This move exists in pokemon, but Meowth can't do it in pokemon. This counts for some other moves below too.)
VA: Tail Whip, comparable to Fox's.
^A: Head Butt, comparable to Ness's uair.
Dash attack: Fury Swipes. While running, Meowth bites and scratches several times.

Smash attacks
>Smash: Horizontal Slash. Meowth slashes horizontally while rotating.
VSmash: Stomp. Stomps on the ground, causing damage to close opponents.
^Smash: Jump kick. Meowth does a salto backwards, and kicks up on it's highest point.
Super Smash Attack (or what's the name for it): Super Pay Day. Coins scatter from Meowth across the whole stage, causing relatively little damage but can't be evaded.

B attacks
B: Pay Day. Meowth throws a coin to the front of him, causing damage.
>B: Meowth jumps forward, and if there is a foe he holds on to him and bites. When he holds a foe, it's comparable to Bowser. If there is no foe, he just jumps forward.
VB: Faint Attack. Meowth disappeares and reappeares when B is pressed again, comparable to Fox's >B. After reappearing he scratches and bites around him. Can be used as a recovery.
^B: Comparable to anyone's death at the top of the stage. Meowth flies away from the player into the screen, moving up a little bit, and after you see a star Meowth reappears again. He screams something like "blasting off again!".

Aerials
Nair: Meowth scratches around him while rotating horizontally.
Fair: Scratch. Comparable to Bowser's.
Bair: Back kick. Meowth kicks behind him while still looking the same way.
Uair: Meowth scratches above him several times. The opponent can be hit 5 times for low damage.
Dair: Stomp. Similar to down smash, with spike potential.

Grabbing
Grab: Meowth grabs his opponent with 2 paws. He attacks by biting his opponent.
Fthrow: Meowth kicks the opponent forward.
Bthrow: Meowth throws the opponent behind him after rolling backwards, like pikachu. After the throw he throws another coin after the opponent.
Uthrow: Meowth throws the opponent in the air and throws a coin to him (comparable to Falco).
Dthrow: Meowth throws the opponent on the ground and sits on him and starts scratching. After scratching 5 times he rolls backwards. Could be followed up by >B for combo's:) .

Taunt: Meowth just says some sentence he often says in the anime (I can't think of any, but there must be a good one for a taunt).

Mii

MAIN COMBO

A- punches you with his right hand (has boxing gloves on)
AA- jabs you with left.
AAA- slugs you with the right again.

SMASHES

A>- pulls out golf club and hits you.
^A- grabs a tennis racket and swipes above his head.
DownA- Sweeps around his feet with baseball bat.

TILT ATTACKS

A>- swipes forward with table tennis paddle.
DownA- swings with paddle around his feet.
^A- swipes upward with paddle.

B ATTACKS

B- Pulls out bowling ball, and rolls it on the ground.
DownB- Hops on (small) cow and boosts foward running over foes.
B>- pulls out Wii remote and fires a cartoony looking bullet shot like in Shooting Range
^B- takes out fishing rod and swings it around and lifts him like a copter.
B in air- Poses like in Pose Mii and does damage to anyone who touches him. Partial stun.

AIR ATTACKS

Nair- pulls out Billard stick and spins around holding it out.
Bair- smacks anoyone behind the Mii with the Billard stick.
Fair- swipes with billard stick forward.
Dair- spears the foe below him with Billard stick.
Upair- spears upward with stick.

OTHER

Running attack- pulls back fist and punches forward with boxing glove while sliding on the ground.

THROWS

All throws consist of like grabbing a mii in the mii plaza, they float in air wiggling around and are tossed. (I got this idea from Styrks' moveset, great idea!)

SMASH ATTACK

SMASH ATTACK- Gets in tank and you may fire missiles and drop mines!

Oh yeah, thats the best, it consists of all Mii games except Find Mii, which there is nothing you can get from that.

Thats a really good idea. I have 3 suggestions though:
1) Switch up the Smash fA and Smash dA
2) Pulling out a whole cow is pretty crazy. Maybe something a little less complicated but still maintaining the theme?
3) And maybe switch up the fB and the dB.
I like the concept of an Air B too. And that one fits so well.

Thx, thank you very much!
Answer to 1) Well, thats the best choice but Ness uses the Bat for A>. I dont know...
Answer to 2) Well, i thought s too but im figuring it would be a small cow.
Answer to 3) Ah, well, i couldnt really think of anything, and i wanted to use as many Mii games as possible.
oh, and i was thinking for the B in air when he poses he gets the bubble pop effect (if you know what i mean) to give more range but maybe that would make it over powered. Like, that would be an insane edge guarder.

I'll try to change it up a bit *starts thinking*

Character- Ephraim (Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones)

Reasoning- FE:SS is one of the best Fire Emblems to date and as much as I would love to see another Fire Emblem hero, I would love to see one wield something other than a sword for once. HELLO REIGENLEIF!!!

-Stats-

Attack- 5
Speed- 2
Attack Speed- 2
Weight- 4
Jump- 3,2
Recovery- 3

-A moveset-

(Ground)
A- Swing Lance
fA- Forward Point
bA- Butt-end Jab
uA- Upward Point
dA- Downward Point

(Air)
nAir- Lance Twirl
fAir- Lance Swing
bAir- Butt-end Jab
uAir- Upward Point
dAir- Ground Impale

(Smash)
Smash fA- Impale
Smash uA- Upward Impale
Smash dA- Foot Impale

-B moveset-

B- "Reigenlief: Fire Lance"- Basically Marth and Roy's B, however, more like Roy's. Takes a quarterturn backwards to charge, when finished Ephraim will spin around, hitting behind him lightly and strongly in front. When fully charged the backlash will do as much as a fully charged smash A, and the intended blow will be stronger than Roy's fully charged B. Enemy will be set aflame, however not on the backlash. No damage done to Ephraim.

fB- "Drop Kick"- Ephraim spikes his lance into the ground, if it makes contact with an opponent they are popped up and back slighty, just enough so Ephraim makes contact with the final blow, the drop kick. Ephraim then continues to swing around and kick forward with both feet, follows through and removes the lance from the ground. In the air, he can do a helicopter spin, lance forward, then swings around with a kick. Slight recovery.

uB- "Javaline"- Ephraim throws his lance into the air at about 75*, a rope attached from the end to his arm, he tugs on the rope and he is pulled to the lance. If thrown againt the side of a wall it will cling, like Link and Young Link's hookshot and Samus' grapple beam. (Yes it defies the laws of weight ratios, gravity, and inertia... but c'mon... that's cool.)

dB- "Fire Tremor"- Ephraim gives his lance a twirl, the head catches flame, and then he stabs the ground. A small flame wall shoot out around his feet, pushing enemies away and setting them on fire.

-Throws-

A- Knee
fThrow- Shoulder Check
bThrow- 180* Lance Throw
uThrow- Upward Toss Lance Stab
dThrow- Throwdown Impale

-Extras-

Smash Move- "Emblem Combo"- Ephraim goes into an uncontrollable lance spinning rage. Works like the hammer. He can perform his regular moves undisturbed, but when not performing them he will be twirling his lance.

Taunt- Lets his lance hang loosely in one hand, holds his other clenched to his heart, wind blows through his hair and cape, looks up to the sky and says "For the good of my country/Rainas" or something Japanese whynot. hahaha

Entrance- White steed runs straight through. Ephraim jumps off while the horse is still in motion.

Victory Pose 1- Performs his critical attack from FE:SS

Victory Pose 2- On a white steed, it bucks. (You know that thing when horses put their front legs up? lol idk what it's called.)

Victory Pose 3- Performs a little lance twirling demonstration.

-Costume Set-

Kirby Hat- Ephraim's blue hair, smaller lance pulled out when copied move is used.

Costume 1- Blue as is in FE:SS
Costume 2- Exchange everything blue with red
Costume 3- Exchange everything blue with green
Costume 4- Black
Costume 5- White

He screams something like "team rocket flies away again!".

Taunt: Meowth just says some sentence he often says in the anime (I can't think of any, but there must be a good one for a taunt).
preety good, maby when he dies he can say "blasting off again" lol.
because he is a cat, and has a long tail maby have some tail attacks.
Anyways the taunt, maby like doc. mario taunt except with a coin.
From what I read once, he was supposed to have a game on the game cube, but was canned.
and that is why he is holding a guitar in SSBM on the trophy, so maby that could be added.
Thats all I have to say, haven't been into pokemon for a long time.

lol the moveset i make is for a charcter that has 0 chance in Brawl, but would be interesting to play as (no i dont want him in)

NARUTO UZUMAKI

A- punches with left.
AA- punches with right
AAA- does a stretch kick with right leg.

A>- pulls back hand and pushes foward. a blue ball that swirls appears infront of hand (Rasengan!) (requires shadow clone)(if 2 at his disposle it does his 2nd form of rasengan, doing incredible dmg)
DownA- uses Rasengan on the ground. Gust appears on both side of him doing damage. (requires shadow clone)(if 2 at his disposle it does his 2nd form of rasengan, doing incredible dmg)
^A- uses rasengan above him. (requires 1 shadow clone)(if 2 at his disposle it does his 2nd form of rasengan, doing incredible dmg)

B- pauses and uses shadow clone jutsu, 2 clones of himself pop up (2 max) and assist him. (go away after one hit)
B>- throws 3 kunais forward.
DownB- summons a toad. assists you.
^B- (requires shadowclone) Naruto uses rasenshuriken and puts it below him, raising him up. (if 2 clones, goes higer, moves faster, and does more dmg)(does dmg to self)

Nair- uses Sexy justu, damaging foes who touch him (does less dmg for females)(becomes harem jutsu if a shadow clone is at your disposle)
Bair- pushes back his leg.
Fair- puts arms in crossed position and swings his arms to his sides.
Dair- stomps.
Upair- quickly swings his arms.

A while running- jabs opponent with 2 kunais.

Throws- his throws are weak.... unless he has clones at his side. Depending on how many you have (toad can help too) the more dmg you do (kinda like uzumaki barrage)

srry but dont flame me for making a moveset for him i just wanted to do it for fun.

Not bad, I like it. Still, maybe you could do something more with the Pay Day attack. For instance, if you're playing in Coin mode, actual coins get thrown out? I don't know.

BTW, Meta_Owns_Ur_Dad, I've been wondering for months where people are getting those little pictures of characters, like the ones you have in your sig. Mind telling me?

Gex

Gex
Gex first appeared on a Nintendo console in Gex: Enter the Gecko - N64

Gex talks ALLOT.. he is voice by Dana Gould. It is possible to get rehashed voice clips and just throw them in the game. He could also say things at random while fighting. Even maybe be programed to say things about the stage.

Gex's main color is green. His colors can change to- Purple, Blue, Yellow, and Red. Or he could change what he is wearing.. Scifi Space Suit, Spy Film Suit, Ninja Suit, and or Caveman clothing.
Symbol- Remote Control

A- "Tail Whip" Gex spins 380 degrees whiplashing his tail.
A,A,A- "Tail Whip Copter" (If done in Mid-Air Gex can glide back on to the stage)
A+<or> - "Ninja Tail Kick" (Hold to Charge) Gex flies through the air in a curve.
A+Down - "Slide Tail Kick" (Hold to Charge) Gex scrapes across the ground.
A+Up - "Round House Tail Kick" (Hold to Charge) Gex does a roundhouse kick.. he moves slightly forward every time.

B - "Remote Zap" (Hold to charge) If held to the max the opponent it hits will be thrown in reverse.
B+<or> - "Creature Feature" Gex holds the remote behind him.. "HA!" he throws the remote forward.. A creature (Monster Hand, Giant Eyeball, or Flying Flaming Skull) flies out from a portal near the remotes antenna.
B+Down - "Toon Sinkhole" (Hold to charge) )Gex aims the remote quickly at the ground.. a black circle sinkhole appears. If an opponent falls in the sinkhole they reappear else where on the stage and fall out of the hole with damage.
B+Up - "Channel Up" (Hold to charge) Gex aims the remote upward.. a blue laser wave flies out and throws the opponent upward.

Super "Special" Smash - Gex jumps into a portal.. the screen pulls out and Gex is now above the screen. Players realize the game is on Gex's tv. Gex then starts to slam or shake the tv throwing the opponents around. After this is done for a few seconds he zaps himself back into the television.

Taunt - Taunts are just various quotes from his previous games..
For example- "Clock says: PARTY TIME!", "Sweeeeeet. Like candy!", "Yeah, this place has all the warmth of a **** Clark special.", "So *this* is New Jersey.", "Pulse racing, heart pounding, where's the john?" and many MANY more

Kirby- Shades.. has Gex's "Remote Zap"

Gex has a very small chance of appearing in Brawl.. but I feel he would be a great character. Maybe SSB4 he might be looked at.

Does Meowth say "blasting off again" in the anime when team rocket gets beaten up by pikachu? I only saw the dutch version, so I don't know. If that's what he says, I'll edit the upB. I don't think I'll add a guitar, Meowth isn't famous for that.

Not bad, I like it. Still, maybe you could do something more with the Pay Day attack. For instance, if you're playing in Coin mode, actual coins get thrown out? I don't know.

Glad you liked it. Maybe he could drop more coins when he's hit in coin mode, but I don't think I'll add that to the moveset, it's too detailed.

Naruto's super smash could either be the Naruto Uzumaki Barrage, or just a swarm of shadow clones attacking everyone. I like the Naruto Idea, good moveset.

Zero Maverick Hunter
I've always thought Megaman would be a great addition to Brawl. To me it doesn't matter if it is original megaman, or X from the megaman X series, but Zero from Megaman X is the perfect sidekick. here we go.

A - Right handed jab
AA - Left handed cross over jab to the chin
AAA - Pulls out sword with right hand and performs multiple pokes / prods to the chest area (sex attack)
<>A (tilt) - Laser Sword Attack similar to Marths Tilt forward A
<>A (smash) - Grasps Saber with both hands above head and swings with all his might (Decent Range, Good strength / knockback, lots of lag)
^A (tilt) - Quick Sword swing above the head, similar to Links.
^A (smash) - A powerful uppercut with fire attributes. (High Damage / Decent Knockback)
\/A (tilt) - Ducking down, Zero does a quick shin kick with his right leg.
\/A (smash) A quick sweep along the ground around his body with his sword. Protects all sides, sends opponents upward.

Aerials
Neutral Air - Extends his right leg and attack the opponent. (Good knockback)
Fair - Quick slash with the sword in front of him
Bair - A dual kick with both feet at the same time for extra strength. (Good damage / knockback)
Uair - Flame sword swung above the head to attack opponents above him.
Dair - Stomps down with both feet (think C. Falcon / Ganon's Dair's) AND OMG IT SPIKES

Special Moves

B - Chargeable Buster cannon. when shot rapidly it is able to shoot three quick bursts, before stopping for a short period, then three more bursts etc. Exactly like Stryks' Megaman's B but Red in Color. After charged, it has very high damage and extreme knockback, and you can also shoot it in any direction (up, forward, backward, up and diagonal etc.)

<>B - Im gonna steal Stryks idea because Megaman and Zero should be similar, and in the games Zero is able to use enemy abilities. Zero thrusts himself towards the opponent and if he connects, uses his hand to push off of them and jump over them. He steals there abilities, and by this I mean depending on the character Zero's buster and saber well change. It may be stronger, have better ranger, or be changed into something completely different.

^B Exactly like Marth / Roys up B.

\/B - Beam shield. Reflects items back toward opponent. Melee attacks break shield in one hit, while projectiles that are bounced back dont break it. After the shield is broken it does not stun Zero. The shield absorbs 75% of damage and knockback from a melee attack. Shield only protects front of Zero.
